I was locked out of my room for approximately 45 minutes. Staff repeatedly gave me a key card, but no one came to investigate why the door would not open. Fortunately, a staff member happened to be walking down the hallway and attempted to assist me. He eventually retrieved a computer device and was able to open my door. He also stated that he would report the issue to the front desk.
I understood the cleaning policy; however, I specifically requested that my room be cleaned. I spoke directly with the supervisor, who agreed to have it cleaned, but the service was never completed. I also informed the front desk clerk of my request.
Upon checkout, I asked the front desk clerk whether my complaints had been documented. He informed me that I would need to speak directly with management regarding that matter.

I am disappointed with the lack of timely assistance and follow-through during my stay. I would appreciate a response from management regarding these concerns.

On 04.20.26, I was a guest at the Four Points by Sheraton located at 3520 North Desert Drive
Atlanta, Georgia. I was there for less than 12 hours and had a terrible experience on the property. My car, as well as over 10 others, was broken into. It was a classic "smash & grab" type situation. Yes, I understand situations like this happen, but I have never been faced with the most incompetent staff. No one knew the process or what forms to complete. I don't understand why you have a front desk staff member overnight, and they don't monitor things. RICO was the overnight staff, and he didn't see anything. Maybe he was sleeping or just chilling on duty (it's a long story for another day). One of the vehicles was right in front of the front door - if you know the property, there are handicapped parking spaces right out front. The morning front desk clerk was sweet, but she lacked experience. She was hung out to dry with little help from the manager, who stayed behind closed doors most of the time. The other staff we spoke to said their property gets hit every other day!!! You would think someone in upper management would make the decision to employ security. There are three to four (or more) cameras at the rear of the building, BUT what good are they if no one is viewing them!
They offered little assistance and said there were signs posted advising us to be careful. I am so upset with this location. The rooms were OK, but the situation around parking has got to be addressed.
If you stay, DO NOT park onsite or use the shuttle.

I was very pleased with the staff and the facilities being used to having to complain about things.

This far more of a valuable as I made a reservation near to the venue I was attending a nearby conference. So some of the amenities were not needed

Cons:

I was set back by the paid parking, but I was satisfied with it because I didn't have to worry about the safety of my car. I thought for a moment why I had to pay for parking but things have changed in the years since I have had to travel and never encounter this.
