It was convenient for me while I was traveling and easy to find.
Didn't like that I had to walk to the front of the building to use the elevator when I was taking my luggage up from my car which I had to park in the back
The air was set and was no way to change the temperature in the room to make it more comfortable to sleep

Parking and low staff. Bedding was dirty. I had to make my own bed after driving 12 hrs. Exhausting.

Great departure in the shuttle with Lauri. So friendly to start the day and very helpful. Unfortunately the arrival was not good at all. The shuttle is way too small fir the number of people arriving from the airport and only runs every half hour so we ended up having to take a taxi
Hotel is otherwise very nice
Reliable van service, love the ability to call the hotel, get a code, and see the location of the van. Never an issue, which is a big deal! Easy check-in. Good breakfast. Our van driver was Laurie, she was awesome. She ensures the van leaves on time.
Laurie was friendly, professional & speedy. Overall great experience. Would park again.
The room was clean and affordable, good breakfast included, and our shuttle driver Laurie made sure we got onto a very busy shuttle and right on time for our trip to the airport in the morning!
Good enough hotel for short stays, driver Laurey was specially helpful and friendly when it came time to get to and from the airport!
