Pros:

Un grand merci pour l'agréable que j'ai passé chez vousl. Le personnel est accueillant, chaleureux et toujours à l’écoute. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse surtout Mme Saida et Mr Mohammed à la réception. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Améliorer le petit déjeuner
Pros:

La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner, 2 personnes ont déjeuné avant nous(à 8h) et personne pendant notre présence et pourtant on aurait dit qu’il y avait que des restes de la veille.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, le café le lait étaient froid malgré qu’on soit arrivé parmis les 1er (1 couple avant nous )

Pros:

Ze hebben in huis een spa, restaurant, een bar, een nachtclub. Er is dus genoeg te doen voor iedereen, jong en oud. Verder zie je voortdurend personeel dweilen en poetsen. Daarnaast sturen ze bij het uitchecken meteen iemand de kamer in om te controleren of je niets bent vergeten.

Cons:

De bar was erg rokerig. Maar ja de Marokkaanse wet staat dat (nog) toe. Maar als hotel kun je bijvoorbeeld meer doen aan afzuiging en ventilatie. Verder is Fes een warme stad, in de zomer is het vaak er 40 graden. Airco op kamer is aanwezig, maar een mini koelkastje op kamer was afwezig. Al weet ik niet of dat aanwezig is in de duurdere kamers zoals suites.

Hotel. agradável, limpo, e com funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

Não gostei muito do colchão. Apesar de ser grande era pouco confortável.. O problema das almofadas muito grandes penso que é geral em Marrocos, mas não é muito agradável.
Já depois da meia noite ainda se ouviam pessoas a falar, não deu para perceber se eram funcionários ou clientes.

Heerlijk verblijf en geweldige hamam!
Pros:

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Vooral de hamam was heerlijk! De meiden namen echt alle tijd voor ons en we kregen een hele fijne en ontspannen behandeling. We voelden ons echt verwend. Zeker een aanrader!

Eigenlijk niets, alles was naar wens.

Le personnel fait de son mieux mais c'est beaucoup plus fort qu'eux.

Clim non fonctionnel
Pas de parking
Poussière dans les chambres
Odeur de peinture fraîche dans les chambres
Tous ca pendant la canicule estivale je vous laisse imaginer le décor.

Great hotel, I highly recommend it! I saw some mixed reviews before arriving, but I was very positively surprised. The staff is just amazing – very friendly and always ready to help. The check-in process was super fast and went without any issues at all. The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful with a great Moroccan vibe and traditional details. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A really nice and peaceful place to stay in Fes!
