Pros:

Great hotel, I highly recommend it! I saw some mixed reviews before arriving, but I was very positively surprised. The staff is just amazing – very friendly and always ready to help. The check-in process was super fast and went without any issues at all. The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful with a great Moroccan vibe and traditional details. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A really nice and peaceful place to stay in Fes!

Everything generally OK

Cons:

Air conditioning could be better, in one of our rooms the air con didn’t work. The booking process at the hotel ignored our requirement for twin rooms.
