Personal atento.

Cons:

Mosquitos en la habitación durante la noche a pesar de no haber abierto nunca las ventanas. Al parecer un problema persistente porque me he encontrado varios mosquitos aplastados por los huéspedes precedentes contra el muro, que nadie había pensado de lavar.
Adicionalmente no funcionaba el agua caliente en la ducha.

Un posto dove tornare
Pros:

La camera ampia e con una bella visuale aperta a tutta parete. La colazione con una buona varietà di scelta, il personale disponibile e attento. Il garage coperto che di notte viene chiuso per maggior sicurezza. Ottima posizione e con tutti i servizi vicini.

Cons:

Il garage sotterraneo non è collegato direttamente alla struttura.

A reasonable option for a quick stay in Prato
Pros:

The room was large enough for 2 guests and parking very easy. The breakfast though could be improved.

Cons:

We had dinner at the local restaurant on the first night. The waiter kept opening a side door now and then making the room chilly.
The TV set was on and loud during the dinner and every morning, during breakfast. This was annoying.
Half of the time spent at the hotel there was no internet access. The problem was only fixed on the second afternoon, after installing a new router inside our room

Wonderfull hotel and staff!
Pros:

I stayed at Wall Art Hotel & Residence for two nights and had a wonderful experience.
The staff was very professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The cleanliness was excellent, and everything in the hotel was well organized and comfortable.

The food was very delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared.
I truly enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, and the overall hospitality during my stay.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the last five years.
Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely come back again in the future.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
