Das Personal, der Pool, die Aussicht aus den Zimmerfenstern und das Frühstück waren wirklich ausgezeichnet

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hätte an den sehr heißen Tagen etwas leistungsstärker sein können. Obwohl sie eingeschaltet war, war die Kühlleistung leider recht gering, sodass das Zimmer zeitweise etwas zu warm blieb.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit doppelten Skyline Blick über Frankfurt gebucht. Als wir das Zimmer bekamen, musste ich feststellen das einige Bodenfliesen im Badezimmer gaputt waren, der Laminat oder Parkett starke Macken hatte, die Klimaanlage nicht lief und das am unteren Bettgestell schmutzig war. Als ich mich beschwert habe, bekam ich ein Zimmer mit nur eine einseitige Skyline. Sie sagten zu mir es wäre ein Upgrade. Für fast 600 Euro für zwei Nächte echt enttäuschend. Der Zemmerservice machte seine Pause auf dem Gang der Zimmer und saßen dort auf dem Boden.

This stay was horrible.
Pros:

I know the property since many years.

Cons:

My room was hot like a Sauna. There were no window shades and the room was in southern direction with unprotected heat exposure. The AC did not cool at all! It was working all day long spreading warm air.
The only way to “cool“ the room was to leave the door to the corridor open.
