Bitte mehr Sauberkeit, komme dennoch gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Radison gibt es schon lange und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen und bietet auch einen schönen Ausblick auf Frankfurts Skyline.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider recht unsauber. Dicke Wollmäuse unter dem Bett und Gläserränder auf dem Tisch. das Bad hingegen war sauber.
Die Klimaanlage war sehr kalt.

Pros:

I was given a room with a view of the city skyline. Was amazing.

Very Nice pool, sauna and gym with amazing views.
Nice bar and restaurant
Very good parking facility(25 euro a day)
Loading for electrical cars availability at the hotel.

Cons:

Hygiëne, all toilets are dirty, under the toilet Seat in the por there was fungus and rost. I told reception and they gave me right away a new room. But the same problem in toilet. They should just renew toilets. It’s just not healthy.

Furthermore my room key was not working, so I went down to reception and ask for a new key. Then I realised that their did it on purpose and told me the room was not paid for. I kindly said it was a misstake but the clerk told me I was wrong. Awkward with my young son next to me. After further investigation and showing the payment three booking.com they said it was just a confirmation from booking and not a bank transfer. I kindly asked to check again and the the clerk realised he was looking wrong and it was a tourist tax of 4 euro that I should pay extra. Just 4 euro and you look me out of my room for that at nighttime with my young Son. Ok it can happen and there was no apology nothing I just needed to pay up before getting a new key. The part that irritated me the most was that their were smiling and not apologising for the inconvience and the fact they were blaming me for not paying. I think their wanted to kick me out. I understand if people do t pay but you should have checked when I got the key with check inn.

Cleaning people shouting all day in the rooms in the morning where they are cleaning. Not nice when you arrive at night and want to sleep a little bit longer.

Just in general as a big fan of the radisseon blu resorts , the Frankfurt hotel is a beautiful building but not the standard which you expect from a Radisson Hotel.

Next time Hilton or Mariott. Sorry 🙄

Das Wasser in der Dusche hat 2 Minuten gebraucht um warm zu werden
Auf den Scheiben waren Gesichtsausdrücke und die Armatur in der Dusche war verkalkt das kaum Wasser raus kam

Прекрасный отель! Очень тихий, красивый, современный и идеально чистый. Номер был просторный, удобный и оснащён всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха.

Уборка проводилась каждый день на высоком уровне. Завтраки просто великолепные — очень вкусные, разнообразные и с большим выбором блюд.

Да, отель находится немного дальше от центра города, но это совсем не проблема. Мы пользовались приложением Bolt — такси приезжало быстро, а поездки были недорогими.

Нам очень понравилось наше пребывание в Radisson Blu Hotel Frankfurt. С удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку во Франкфурт. Если мы снова приедем в этот город, то обязательно остановимся именно здесь. Спасибо всему персоналу за прекрасный отдых!

Für einen Frankfurt-Aufenthalt ist das tolle Radisson Blue Hotel eine erste Wahl
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel, nicht nur optisch von außen, sondern auch der Innenbereich modern und alles tip-top. Frühstücks-Buffet sehr reichhaltig und alles frisch. Das Personal ist sehr gut geschult, freundlich, kompetent und seriös gegenüber den Gästen.

Zwei Mitarbeiter gegen 18 Uhr an der Reception waren sehr desinteressiert und auf fragen reagierten die genervt

An der Bar war der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Seine Art war sehr natürlich und emphatisch

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für den Preis extrem überteuert. Eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung im Zimmer. Obwohl ich eine Reservierung für Rewad gemacht habe, bekommen habe ich ein Eckzimmer, das es sehr klein war und keine Panorama hatte
