Clean and staff was friendly.

Great getaway with the hubby
Pros:

Very beautiful facility. Beautiful room and very spacious! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The mattress was pretty firm. The road was in front of our room and the traffic noise was very loud. The floor in the shower was slippery.

Easy to park and get to. Convenient to shops and restaurants and downtown attractions. Very clean and big rooms.

Cons:

Be nice to have a small laundry room on site for longer stays. TV channel selection missing some obvious popular channels.

Stolen shoes

My Birkenstock shoes were stolen from my room with a Privacy Please placard on the door. They were in a new shoe box and bag for new Pikolono shoes I purchased the 1st day of my stay. The issue has not been resolved.

Room was not ready at 5 pm when I asked for 4 pm arrival.

TV did not work Saturday or Sunday. When the TV did work on Friday you could not watch CBS. Possibly NBC also. I was told the cable provider controlled the networks provided.
