We received a ADA room and we did not like that part. Motorized black out shade was broke so we could not open it. Room stayed dark.

No AC. Reported it to front desk 3 times. Received 3 different excuses and was only given a fan. No offers from the Hotel to change rooms. And we're Hilton members.

All in all it was a great stay and hopefully we can go again sometime this year.
Pros:

It was all great. The rooms were great and very clean. It was nice to have everything you need and not have to worry about going out.

Cons:

I was not expecting to have a charge on my bill for using the parking garage. Seems like that should be part of staying there.

We did not eat breakfast but we have in the past and it is very good. However we did have room service dinner which was not very good!

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, pricing was too high for the services provided. Restaurant meal for dinner was not good but very expensive. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Even took some pictures. We had either some fleas or gnats in bathroom and bedding. I just saw a few but that was enough.
