Please note that daily room cleaning is not included in the rate. Cleaning services can be purchased at any time during the stay. Guests will have the choice of cleaning service options, at an additional cost, upon check in at the hotel. For guests staying more than 8 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge in the middle of your stay. For guests staying more than 12 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge every 7 days.

Please note that building maintenance works are currently taking place on the north side of the building, where the ocean view rooms are located, these works are scheduled to continue until 15 May 2026. Cons:

The room needed improvements - the warm water tap needed to be fixed, it was dripping. Generally the place had a lot of low level issues. Needed some fixing eg chipped areas on the walls. Needed a paint etc. I also think the property could have told me that the room was located on the shopping centre side of the place rather than the pool side. There was noise from street at night.

Size of rooms and great view good access to restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Smokers in adjoining rooms (possibly long term tenants above) this meant we had to keep our balcony doors closed.
