Bardzo sie ucieszylismy z kapci i szlafrokow oraz z pocztowki na pamiatke. Na plus hotel posiada salne

Jednej z poscieli byla dziura. Slabe cisnienie w prysznicu, a w wannie brak jakiejkolwiek zaslony zeby woda sie nie dostawala na zewnatrz. Zabraklo plynu do kompieli.Malo wieszakow na reczniki lub ciuchy.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Flora chatted to us at breakfast and recommended the Hungarian breakfast which I then had every morning.

Awesome weekend in Budapest
Pros:

The staff is extremely kind, and the hotel is modern and well located, just a few steps from public transportation and with direct access to the mall. The area is safe and quiet.

Initially, we were assigned a room that unfortunately had a cigarette odor. However, the staff immediately moved us to a better room after we reported the issue.

To our surprise, I received a gift from the hotel, as our stay coincided with my birthday. Many thanks to the staff for their exceptional service and attention to detail. You truly go above and beyond to ensure your guests have a wonderful stay.
