Exceptional Service from Gabriela
Pros:

I had the pleasure of being served by Gabriela during my stay in Hungary, and I can honestly say she made the experience exceptional. I was here for work, and after long days, her warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine kindness always made me feel comfortable and appreciated.

Gabriela went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was attentive, friendly, efficient, and always had a smile on her face. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression.

Peaceful and lovely experience
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza, the location is super convenient, my room was very spacious, clean and quiet! The breakfast its so good and the staff has taken care of me everyday, they are super professional and speak many languages and that makes the experience much more enjoyable! Gabriela has been the most caring during my stay and made me feel at home! I will definitely come back here for my next business trip!

I would not stay anywhere else
Pros:

The Location is amazing, the rooms really comfy, but the best about this hotel is the Service. Specifically during the breakfast, the service of Diana is the best!

Biztos, hogy jövünk még!
Pros:

Abszolút Budapest szívében található, közvetlen átjárás a Westend-be, Nyugati pályaudvar 100 méter. Minden nagyon tetszett két gyerekkel. A reggeli bőséges és finom. A klíma jéghideg, a szoba jól felszerelt, nagyon kényelmes ágyak, óriás méretű ágynemű :) Ami feltűnő, hogy az égadta világon semmilyen zaj nem jön be kintről olyan jók a nyílászárók, pedig a Nyugati pályaudvar is ott van szinte az ablak alatt.

Cons:

Az látszik a szállodán, hogy első sorban külföldi vendégek vannak többségben, legtöbbször angolul is szólt hozzánk a személyzet, és a szobába például mindkét tv-n 5db Magyar nyelvű csatorna volt, de ez legyen a legnagyobb gond.

Absolutely Outstanding in Every Way
Pros:

What an absolutely outstanding hotel. A percent location. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Incredibly clean property. But the best pet is the employees who are of the highest quality and outstanding customer service.

A true gentleman named Bence at the front desk is without a doubt the best, kindest, nicest person we have ever met. He was so personable and engaging from the moment we arrived. He made us feel like we were the most important guests that have ever stayed at the Crowne Plaza Budapest. He represents the company so well and I will want to return because of him.

I’d recommend a room with access to the lounge. The lounge is beautiful with a rooftop patio, indoor and outdoor space, great drinks and food, wine and sports with an amazing view of the city.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Budapest. And if you are using the main Budapest-Nyugati train station, this hotel is literally attached to it.

The Crowne Plaza Budapest in every way. I am so happy we stayed there.
