goed hotel, jammer dat je niet echt buiten kan
Pros:

mooie grote kamer met prima bed. grote badkamer. Grote keuze bij het ontbijt. gratis parking bij het hotel. Binnenin het hotel was alles naar wens. Helaas was de spa gesloten voor renovatie (werd ons wel meegedeeld).
Ligging bij drukke baan, industriegebied maar op enkele km van Pamplona

Cons:

Buitenkant. De tuin en terras (als je al zoiets kan noemen) Het nodigde zeker niet uit om daar te zitten na een lange dag. Jammer want het zou zoveel aantrekkelijker kunnen gemaakt worden om gezellig buiten te kunnen.

Pros:

Rien d'extraordinaire pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Restaurant et petit déjeuner très cher.
J'ai réservé pour le spa et il était en maintenance on nous a proposé une piscine municipale à moitié prix!!!

Cons:

Nous avons dû écourter notre séjour pour raison médicale pour mon mari et nous avons réglé les nuits!!!
Nous avons demandé un geste commercial mais la réception ne pouvait pas prendre de décision il n'y avait pas de responsable....Nous devions nous recontacter afin de faire un geste commercial...mais personne ne l'a fait...vraiment déçu de l'attitude de cet hôtel!!!

La decoración y la limpieza de las instalaciones.

Cons:

El restaurante repitió el mismo menú día y noche durante toda la estancia, y ni el menú ni la carta tenían opciones vegetarianas. La ensalada no decía que tenía atún y todos los platos venían con puré. Aun así, no tuvieron problema en hacernos tortilla francesa.
Había muchas escaleras y el aire acondicionado de la habitación doble no enfriaba lo suficiente. Además, si abrías la ventana, tenías ruido de las máquinas de aire acondicionado y de los coches de la carretera, así que... no dormimos bien.

Fuimos porque había muy buenas reseñas del spa y, durante nuestra estancia, el spa no estaba disponible.

No volveríamos.

Posto incantevole, stanze grandi e pulite, colazione da favola. Ristorante ottimo.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che spa e la piscina erano in manutenzione, potevamo andare in un albergo vicino a pagamento. Credo questo non sia corretto, nel prezzo era indicata la spa e va tolta e comunicato prima della prenotazione.

Todo en general una experiencia impresionante donde volver si te alojas en PAMPLONA bueno por sacar algo el aire acondicionado necesita una sustitución parecia que cada vuelta llamaba al cielo para echar frío y solo lloraba.
Camas cómodas, tranquilo, perfriendly, a 5 min del centro, buena TV

Cons:

El precio de 46€ el menú de noche no ayuda si fuera un precio más asequible el hotel sería un 10, el baño necesita un UPGRADE, los camareros del desayuno deberían de moderar sus comentarios con las reseñas, para mí podrían mejorar el pasillo de losas de barro cuando vas con la maleta suena sino la levantas.
