Poor room cleaning

Nice location and room, good breakfast

Cons:

We booked the room at 10 a.m. and we arrived around 18. As soon as we arrived in the room we noticed that the bed for my daughter was not ready and that in the bath tub there were 10 pieces of cut toenails!!! We immediately let this notice to the reception and they promised us they would do a deep clean of the room very soon. We went to the swimming pool for 1.5 hour and when we were back the bed was done but the bathtub was still the same!! So we went down to the reception to complain again and 15 mins later arrives a very impolite cleaner that does not even know what was going on. This is unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel, it means the bathtub has not been cleaned at all between guests and the communication of the staff is really poor. The rest of the room was also not that clean. After such a disgusting mistake I would have expect some kind of apologies/refund.

Ideal location. Dog friendly.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. We came with our dog, a golden retriever and he was so welcome. He got greeted with a pup cookie and all the staff was incredibly nice.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room would make a really loud ventilator sound every couple of minutes, so our sleep wasn’t the best but it was only one night.
