Everything
Staff great too
Coffee could be better !
We liked everything. The location is excellent. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. The staff is the most responsive and proactive staff I’ve ever experienced anywhere. The facilities were beautiful, well-appointed and very clean. They even had a turn down bedtime service and constantly replenished the snack tray every day. The bed was ultra comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Nothing! Absolutely everything was perfect!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is top notch, the car service was an added benefit, the location and atmosphere was great, and it was a fantastic visit! While it is expensive, it's consistently great!
Fabulous. We simply took a "time out" and visited Santa Fe. The hotel and staff were excellent and there's nothing we would say otherwise. Very personable. Great location to anything. Valet was as easy as it gets. The manager, Tarun Mishra, gets a shout out! Thank you all for a very special stay. We will recommend to one and all.
everyone was amazing female house car driver was above and beyond
I was rather disappointed by our stay here. I booked through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts so expected the usual elevated experience. The hotel is smaller than I'd thought and quality just not quite up to par.
1. There was no room service menu in the room so I called but got a recording each time so I left a message. No one called back but some time later a QR code was dropped off at the door...but it was for the room bar, listing prices for the soft drinks and alcohol! I'd wanted to order breakfast.
2. The service at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very good. The smoked salmon bagel was excellent but the pastries basket (powdered sugar sprinkled on: croissant, chocolate croissant, and berry strudel) was very mediocre. The other breakfast items and dinner were all decent enough but not great.
3. There was constant noise outside our room of carts being rolled down the hall, doors slamming, and other miscellaneous noises by the staff.
4. The bathroom smelled of bleach the first day, which is not pleasant and actually toxic.
5. The location was good as we walked everywhere but it is on the northern edge of downtown, not the center.
I don't generally write bad reviews but felt others should know what to expect. Nothing truly bad but not wonderful enough to warrant a return visit.
Modern and stylish. A historic building. It's definitely different from the hotels I've stayed in the US. Rooms are medium sized, nicely furnished.
I don't think it's worth the price. You can walk around Santa Fe in 30 minutes. Staying for the night is not necessary. We wanted to drink a coffee but bar was full. Restaurant was empty. The staff did not agree to let us sit at the table.
Super location walking distance from town plaza; fabulous staff. Valet parking very easy to do; also had a car to take us locally so we didn’t really need the car. Workout facilities excellent. Great cookies, flavored waters always available in the lobby area.
Beautiful inn
First class accommodations and the staff is gracious, helpful and courteous
The location of the hotel worked so well for us. Also the rooms were so comfortable and quiet. We also loved the staff. We splurged staying here and did not regret it at all.
We loved this visit.
Nothing
The staff is extremely friendly and competent.
The Concierge parking was a challenge. I did the Bataan Memorial Death March and had a ton of luggage including my backpack and sleeping equipment. I told both the receptionist and the parking attendant I wanted all my gear sent to the room. He only brought up two items and none of my hiking equipment or other luggage. He had to retrieve my car for a second time and it was obvious he was pissed. He drove my car like a bat out of hell and reversed it way too quickly. This is the only area that needs to improve at this wonderful hotel.
Beautiful and rooms had robes, slippers, fireplace and turn down service! Food was excellent!
I wish there was a small boutique to buy lovely items from Santa Fe and also wraps, shawls for the chilly porch!
