Great front desk check in. Thanks for getting us in a little earlier. Excellent location. Comfortable clean room. Breakfast was good. The lady working in that area was extremely nice! The lady working the front desk on July 26th 2026 when we were leaving was also very nice!! We will stay here again!

Location was so great, near lots of restaurants and places to shop and go visit, but most importantly close to my office location!
The place was nice and clean with a great peaceful atmosphere. The service from reception to all the services staff, were so welcoming, friendly, respectful and helpful in every way and needs I had. The lady in charge of the breakfast 🥞 was so kind, helpful and friendly, she went out of her way to make me and the other guests feel at home! Great customer service overall!

Very clean and comfortable and friendly staff

The staff was very nice and smooth check in process. The room was somewhat clean. The bathroom was not cleaned. The counters were not wiped off and the bathtub still had mold spots where the shampoo/conditioner/body wash caddy and drain were. Mold spots on the shower walls. Also it was a dirty dry used rag left on the shower rail.

They customer service was good by Erica but the night service was not good at all and their pool wasn’t working then. when it did work they didn’t clean it out or anything the pool was very dirty

Stay here several times a year and always have a great stay. Beds are so comfortable and room is clean. Huge television. Love the shower and water pressure. Staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. Jay at the front desk was so sweet and she made sure we were not over charged. We were not sure how to work the television and she immediately came to our room and gave us a tutorial. After three days we were really feeling like the staff cared about us and wanted our stay to be the best possible experience. Highly recommend Fairfield at Innsbrook.
Their sister property has outdoor pool access and Fairfield has indoor swimming pool. A full breakfast spread and the best service from the kitchen staff. Let them show you what they have to offer, you will not be disappointed!!!

No frills, convenient place to stay when a stop is needed. I always stay here when driving south because it’s always so clean. This time, the room was not as clean as in the past. The refrigerator was not cleaned so there was dried up what looked like juice in it. Also, in the bathroom, there were two big hairs on the counter. There’s no way that the person who cleaned the room didn’t see them. I still gave four stars because they are incredibly friendly at the front desk and they give you a pretty good breakfast at no charge. I hope this was a onetime thing.
