Please note that the property is currently refurbishing the interior and exterior of one of their blocks. There may be minor noise disturbances for guests during this time.

A shuttle bus service is available for guests to and from Queenstown. Bookings are essential. Please see reception for operating hours. Subject to availability.

Please note that all rooms receive basic servicing daily, including rubbish removal, replacing tea towels, replenishing tea, coffee, sugar, and milk; replenishing dishwashing powder and laundry powder; making beds with existing linen; replacing towels, bath mat, and hand towel; and replacing of amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissues). If you require additional servicing, you can arrange this with the reception desk at an additional cost. Please contact the property for more information, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Kindly note that Block 3 and Block 4 are currently under construction. Work will be ongoing until approx. 2026.

The blocks will be white-wrapped with construction work occurring onsite. Construction impact is:

1) Noise from 8:00 to 17:00, usually Monday-Friday.
2) Visual pollution.
3) Pressure on car parking.
4) Reduced driveway access for foot traffic/vehicles with views impacted on arrival at property.
5) Shores F&B is closed, and permanent reception is now relocated to temporary reception in Block 1.

The Gym, Sauna, and BBQ facilities are temporarily closed until further notice.. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

great location and views, worth the price
Pros:

great views and location. staffs really helpful. I booked flight to milford sound through the hotel's reception and got $150 discount, but I got sick and didn't make it. the hotel helped me to get the full refund.

Cons:

the carpark is a bit hard to park and the breakfast is average.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Amazing view, beautiful fit out in the bar area, lovely setting by the fire with a great coffee. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The view in the lakeview 2 bedroom apartment was incredible. Will definitely be back!

Ridiculously over priced with horrible surroundings

The staff and location. That’s it.

The construction around. The price was ridiculous for what we got. We got the studio apartment and it was a literal shoe box for $200 a night. The construction was a joke. So loud and metal scraps everywhere. Took us 5 minutes to get out of the car park because of all the inconsiderate tradies. The door was open to the public the whole time so anyone could walk in which felt so unsafe. The shower leaked everywhere into the floor. The restaurant and bar was closed. There was just nothing good about it. We are so disappointed and wasted so much money on such a horrible place. Oh and our room had a connecting door to the room next to us which was locked. But because of this the people in there were basically right on our room. We could hear every single thing and constantly had their light shining in. Was absolutely horrible.

It is a lovely stay with the magnificent view of remarkable to wake up to and the starry night to turn in.

Top location ,sensational views,good rooms , should be even better after the renovations
Pros:

the rooms were nice,comfortable,well appointed with tremendous views over the lake

Cons:

Due to renovations the car park was a mess , with quite a walk uphill to the reception with frequent lift block outs along with other trade work within the building .
