Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Multiple guests reported stains, hairs in beds, smelly or old rooms and issues with towels/linens; cleanliness is a clear weakness in several reviews.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and professional; several thank-you mentions and specific praise for helpful employees despite some service miscues.
Location
9.8
Consistently praised as central, near transport, castle, bazaar and with taxi/bus/tram access — a major strength noted across reviews.
Room Quality
6.8
Rooms described as dated, run-down, sometimes smelly with broken furniture in some instances, though beds and showers noted as comfortable in a few reviews.
Amenities
6.7
Gym and pool/terrace issues reported (limited hours, old/broken equipment, no towels, unstable umbrellas) and laundry service reported as damaging clothes.
Value for Money
9
Mixed but generally positive comments about value for the price (several guests say it's good for price), though a few felt it was overpriced given the condition.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast opinions mixed: some found it excellent with variety while others noted stale bread or impersonal breakfast room; coffee often acceptable.
Overall Experience
9
Overall stays are often pleasant due to location and very friendly staff, but occasional significant negatives (cleanliness, laundry, dated rooms) temper the experience for some guests.
