Improved your bathroom. Receptionist very helpful. Room cleaner cleans up the room and bed sheets nice and clean.

Excellent location, fantastic Gym and Breakfast
Pros:

Excellent Breakfast... with variety of choice of Fruits, Cereals and hot food.
Also very much enjoyed using the Gym facilities for both the days I was there.
Room was reasonably bigger which provided a good level of comfort

Cons:

The coffee from the coffee machines during the Breakfast time was far too strong and did not have a balanced taste, hence I had to to revert to tea instead.
The portable free-standing air conditioning unit was disconnected from the exhaust pipe from its back, which made the whole room temperature rise significantly (After inspecting myself, I realised that the room temperature was hot because, whilst it was blowing cold air from the top, the hot air its back was not directed outside the window as the exhause pipe was disconnected from the unit). After speaking to the receptionist, it was sorted within 10min. This was excellent Customer Service.

Pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, the beds were comfy and the rooms have everything you needed.

Cons:

There is a very strong smell of damp due to a leak and you have to pay for parking which I believe should be included in the price.
