Great place to stay post harry potter world, good parking and nice clean rooms.
Parking, staff, location
All much as usual. Good mattress and pillows.
Thank god for bottled water this summer
Very noisy room as windows had to be open due to heat. Think near generators. Room 114 will not stay in that room again.
Hot breakfast buffet all items were cool not hot
Including waffles on the other station came out cold.
The location really handy for Wembley arena and reasonably priced, breakfast was really good .
Air con was broken in my room and it was really hot ! There was a fan that blew hot air around and didn’t help
Location for Harry Potter world
Bedrooms really run down, dirty walls, heavily stained carpets, around bath seals cracked, very overpriced for what you get
Location and plenty of car park , easy going staff
Rooms were quite warm , not equipped for summer.
Rooms also need Morden charging pods for watches and phone near to Tv area , not everyone likes keeping phones next to head side
Bathroom need bit if perforators and no exhaust fans were there in the bathroom
It was very hot the night we stayed unfortunately there was no air conditioning and the windows barley opened. We didn't get much sleep at all considering we were doing a road trip little sleep was not ideal. We also had to chase room service up a few times as the order wasn't correct and the phone in the room wouldn't call room service. At check out I requested a refund for the tip which the staff approved.
Room nice and tidy swimming pool was a bonus
Nothing
Unfortunately poor
There no air conditioner- which can be dangerous if in room 32 C
No support offered, no underground. Visited with 4 month baby. If some think would happen - no one care. We end up leaving hotel. Really poor management too not only facilities as I stoop a lot in Hilton hotels - never seen nothing like this. Then promise refund in the end and that’s still not sorted.
We eventually received a refund
We realized something was wrong as soon as we arrived. The lobby was noticeably warm and humid. After receiving our room key, we went upstairs and found plastic sheeting on the hallway floor, construction dust, dim lighting, and a hallway that was also warm and humid. We immediately returned to reception, where we were simply directed to diversion signs leading to a different elevator on another floor.
Following the diversion required a long walk, and the hallway to our room had no apparent climate control. It was hot, humid, and filled with a strong odor of carpet glue. When we entered our room, we found there was no air conditioning, only two small table fans.
Almost immediately, my daughter began to feel ill from the heat and the strong chemical smell. We packed our belongings and returned to reception. I asked whether there were any rooms in the hotel with working climate control, and I was told there were not. I then asked whether we could be transferred to another Hilton property, but the staff said they could not arrange that. When I requested a refund so we could find alternative accommodations, I was initially told that was not possible.
After speaking with the manager and explaining that my daughter was becoming ill because of the heat and the strong carpet adhesive fumes, the manager eventually agreed to issue a refund.
Unfortunately, this occurred on the night of a football match, when hotel availability in the area was extremely limited. It took us more than four hours to find another hotel.
Location and staff were very good
Rooms were too hot
Corridors were too hot
Fans in tomm were inadequate
Super comfy beds, staff were lovely and very helpful
Wish it had been closer to amenities without needing an Uber.
