staff average. location not so bad

Cons:

parking expensive and staff did not provide alternatives. I found alternatives on the second day, much cheaper than 30eu. AC was not great.

Lovely hotel and loved Bari.
Pros:

Friendly staff, great design, comfortable, excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The air conditioning . Our top floor room was 26 degrees with the AC full blast . We were told that the top floor was hotter than the lower. floors. We were moved to the 5th floor where the room temperature was 23 degrees which at least meant sleep was possible. It can hardly be a shock that Bari is hot in June. Needs upgrading.

Great well run hotel
Pros:

I liked the organisation around the hotel the location and the staff. We were late for the checkout but I informed them upfront because our rental car procedure for complicated. No issue at all

Great hotel would definitely go back!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel
