The hotel is in a quiet area and 50 meters away there is a city bus stop that takes you to the center. A big plus is that it has a guarded parking lot. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good. In terms of behavior, they are professionals. I am writing this because we had a problem in our room with the shower. As a compensation, we did not pay for any of the extras we ordered in food and drinks for the days we stayed.

Cons:

It would be good if there was an employee at night for any emergencies. The emergency phone is good but I don't think it's enough.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement et la propreté de la chambre très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et nous avons pu le prendre à l'extérieur à l'ombre. Personnel souriant et agréable.

Cons:

Petite remarque sur les pommeaux de douche qui ne fonctionnaient pas très bien.

Tesis güzel bir doğal ortamda. Park yeri sorunu yok. Kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar rahat ve konforlu sayılır ama küçük. Dışarıda güzel oturma alanları var. Çalışanlar saygılı ancak güleryüzlü değil.

Cons:

Odadaki buzdolabı çalışmıyor. Yedek buzdolabı yok. Bir gün sonra değiştireceklerini söylediler ama ilgilenmediler. Tesis şehire uzak. Otobüsle veya arabanızla gitmelisiniz. Üst kattaki klimalar yeterli değil.

Great apartment
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The villa and its garden look like something out of a fairy tale, with the classic Tuscan atmosphere you imagine from pictures. It was truly a beautiful place to stay.
The location is outside the city center, but getting to Florence by public transport is easy. The bus stops are nearby—you just need to plan your trips a little in advance.
Our apartment was on two levels, with the double bed on the loft and the bunk bed downstairs.
Breakfast was good overall.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend this place.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't enjoy were the juices, which tasted more like flavored water than fruit juice. Replacing them with better-quality juices would make the breakfast experience even better.
