Como en casa
Pros:

La atención que recibimos del personal de recepción fue increíble. Por la noche, cuando llegamos, había un señor de nacionalidad turca que fue amable hasta el extremo y por la mañana, la recepcionista Inés dió muestras de una educación y atención al cliente exquisitas. Una magnífica profesional. Tuvimos un pequeño problema en el desayuno y ella lo solucionó todo con una sonrisa, amabilidad y diligencia extremas. No suelo hacer reseñas de este tipo cuando viajo pero es que ver dos profesionales así en el mismo hotel, no me ha pasado nunca.

L habitació sorollosa, escoltes tot el que passa al passadís i mira que hera una suite. Les habitacions i el moviliari bell.

el hotel requiere un poco de cariño

ubicación, necesitaba un hotel en la zona para una noche

Cons:

climatización... habitación orientada oeste, última planta ... la regulación de temperatura no funciona bien y pasamos varias horas de calor (puesta del sol + un par de horas)...
