Absolutely catfished. Avoid.
Cons:

Picture this: you arrive at your Greek island hotel to discover the glossy photos have been edited within an inch of their life and the reality is a very dated and worn, retirement home.

Your fellow guests are almost exclusively 70+ repeat visitors. Breakfast is at communal tables, the food is borderline inedible, and grown adults descend upon anything remotely appetising like they haven’t eaten since 1987. During our stay, a guest also had their belongings stolen while at breakfast, just to add a little jeopardy to the buffet experience.

By sunrise, every sun lounger has been “reserved”, despite signs everywhere expressly forbidding it. Once the pool fills up, loungers sprawl across every available patch of grass until the grounds have all the ambience of a crowded caravan park.

I was verbally abused by an elderly guest for moving his belongings after his lounger had sat empty for four hours by the pool. He had reserved three loungers for himself and his wife while they sat in the room.

Back in your room: a stool in the shower, cockroaches on the bed, the daily aroma of sewage, virtually no amenities and a safe with no keypad. Not a broken keypad. No keypad.

Put on Do Not Disturb? No problem. The cleaner will simply get security to open your room and clean it anyway, leaving the door wide open for anyone wandering past. We repeatedly walked in and removed our belongings while the room was being cleaned without once being questioned.

Head to the “beach” and you’ll find a strip approximately one sun-lounger wide, with the loungers literally tethered by wire so they can’t be moved. The sea is the temperature of a warm bath, and there are dramatically nicer beaches all over Corfu.

Then, just when you think you’ve fully absorbed the atmosphere, approximately 100 elderly guests assemble in the ocean for mass water aerobics.

If you’re looking for a floating retirement village crossed with a caravan park, you’ve found paradise.

Nice and comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the bech bar and the restaurant offered great service and very delicious food—kudos to the grill master because the steak was phenomenal. It is particularly comfortable to stay at the hotel because it is right on the beach with easy access; the beach itself is not very big but great. Hotel is highly comfortable for the elderly or families with children. The evening entertainment and music were very nice and diverse, and the water aerobics was super fun and a really nice bonus.

Pros:

V tem hotelu mi je všeč vse. Plaža, razgledi, morje, hotelska soba, osebje, hrana. Vse je priročno, zelo prijetno, čisto in okusno.

Pros:

The location is quite isolated from anything in the island.

Cons:

The place looks like a gigantic retirement home. The hallways look like you are in a hospital. The property was probably a luxury hotel in the 80s and nothing seems to have changed since.

A really very nice and peaceful stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious and bright. Housekeeping was excellent. Plenty choice of different foods. also plenty of room in the restaurant, bright and cheery. All the staff were very helpful, from room service, reception and the beach bar.

Cons:

The garden area was not kept as well as it could have. The grass around the sun beds was long and needs to be cut regularly.

ביקשנו נוף פתוח לים אבל לצערנו לא ממש תאם הרצון. מרחק גדול מהעיר ,מה שהעלה את עלויות הנסיעות במוניות.

Pros:

Отличный вариант для проживания. Огромная территория, свой пляж. Много лежаков на пляже и в тени. На завтраках огромный выбор еды. Рядом остановка автобуса, легко добраться из аэропорта. Остались очень довольны.

Pros:

Прямо на море, хорошо работал кондиционер ( было очень жарко 34 гр + высокая влажность). Можно дополнительно купить ужин 20€ на одного «шведский стол»: первое, второе, десерт, мороженое, фрукты. Много лежаков.

Cons:

Учитывая , что отелю 48 лет, а вмещает он 400-500 человек, то есть моменты «изношенности», хотя в основном сделана реиновация. Хотя пришло время заменить раздевалку на пляже и пляжные души - сразу улучшится общий вид

Buona colazione, sia dolce che salata, con diverse scelte, pietanze locali e altre preparate al momento (anche se a mio avviso è da migliorare il servizio bevande calde per ospiti con intolleranze o regimi alimentari diversi);

Camera e struttura abbastanza pulite; la struttura è proprio a ridosso del mare, con possibilità di godere di una bella vista e di splendidi tramonti. Previsto intrattenimento sia per adulti che per bambini;

Accesso diretto alla spiaggia e piscina;

La struttura è in una buona posizione per chi è auto munito: Corfù Town è raggiungibile in circa 20 minuti e in generale riesci a raggiungere le diverse attrazioni in 30/40 minuti massimo.

Cons:

La camera inizialmente assegnata non era conforme alle aspettative rispetto alle immagini presenti su Booking. Inoltre dalla zona esterna proveniva un cattivo odore a causa di presenza di una fogna (credo) a cielo aperto, che rendeva inutilizzabile il balcone. Il cambio camera è stato possibile solo dopo alcune rimostranze e mia insistenza;

Nonostante il divieto di riservare lettini in spiaggia e zona piscina con gli asciugamani, già dalle primissime ore del mattino risultavano praticamente occupati quasi tutti i posti (non sono mai riuscito a sistemarmi in spiaggia, che è molto piccola), senza controlli da parte della struttura;

I posti del parcheggio non sono sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti. Ho dovuto parcheggiare spesso fuori struttura;

Rapporto qualità/prezzo non pienamente soddisfacente; considerando quanto ho pagato mi sarei aspettato maggiori servizi, comfort e una gestione migliore di alcuni aspetti.
