Très bel hôtel mais dommage

L’emplacement c’est le personnel de l’hôtel sont super

Cons:

Les literies sont absolument infâme ! Impossible de dormir confortablement sur ces literies dures comme des planches
Les femmes de ménage mettent un véritable branle-bas de combat des 8h du matin c’est insupportable.alors que les chambres ne sont même pas lavées de tout le séjour . Juste les lits sont faits .. Le pire c’est le dernier jour où elles viennent carrément vous tirer du lit à 8h en vous demandant à quelle heure vous comptez partir !

Personale scortese, servizi non al livello di un 4 stelle: la doccia era sporca (presentava muffa) e l’acqua della doccia si bloccava perché lo scarico era sporco; e alla nostra richiesta di risolvere questo problema ci hanno risposto con sufficienza e arroganza…. Ma questo succedeva più o meno in generale per ogni richiesta. Più volte abbiamo dovuto far cambiare le lenzuola perché sporche, probabilmente di trucco o di sangue secco. La camera nelle foto è modificata con Photoshop perché la camera è molto più vecchia di quello che sembra. Ma in generale l’albergo è molto datato e senza manutenzione. In poche parole il peggiore 4 stelle in cui sono mai stata.

Hea asukoht. Söök oli väga hea ning söögivalik oli rikkalik. Basseiniala väga mõnus, palju ruumi, lamamistooli jagus kõigile ja rand kohe lähedal, sai vahelduva eduga käia nii merevees, kui basseinis. Käisime perega ning lastele väga meeldis. Meeleolu oli mõnus basseini ääres, muusika mängis ja hotelli poolt korraldati tegevusi igapäevaselt.

Cons:

Puhtus toas ja vannitoas andis soovida. Tundus, et nõudlus hotellile on vist väga suur ning tänu sellele ei jõuta puhtusele rõhku panna. Ilusti vahetatakse rätikuid ja voodilinu, aga põrandate puhtusele, eriti vannitoas, sellele rõhku ei panda. Duššinurgas oli näha mustust, mis väga häiris. Toa seinas oli auk, mida ei oldud parandatud.
