The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, family room fantastic.

My family of four - two teenagers included - had a very relaxing stay at the Pacific Club Resort. The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Sun who made sure we always had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent with something for everyone. With the small size it felt like the staff recognized the guests, which was apparent even with our short stay. My family all wished we had more time here.

Booked to stay in Karon beach, Phuket and chose this hotel based on the location ( 15 minutes walk from the beach) , the views and the Tripadvisor reviews. We were not disappointed and had booked an ocean view room with breakfast. The room itself was excellent, with dark wood giving it a real Thai feel. Coming with a large fridge and freezer along with daily supplies of fresh bottled water, it was ideal for our trip. The hotel is not high rise so the roof top plunge pool is great. The small garden on the ground is very sweet with lots of plants and flowers. There is an amazing saltwater jacuzzi bath with a stone bridge leading to a steam room. This was great as it had a waterfall feeding the jacuzzi from above. One aspect that I really enjoyed was that the hotel had a restaurant with Thai and western dishes. If you just wanted to chill one evening, you could order from the online menu and they would deliver to you anywhere in the hotel, including your room. We only tried the Thai food which exceptional and great value for money. Usually in a hotel, the food and drink can be mega expensive but we found it was a very fair price for the quality and service. Have to say, never stayed in a hotel where the television entertainment was so good. Usually you are lucky if you have a smart tv where you can plug in a USB brought from home. No need here, as the hotel TV channel has a good selection of films available online through the tv system, free of charge. The staff are very attentive and helpful and rooms are cleaned everyday. The breakfast buffet was very good with a cook who cook to order different variations of eggs. There lots of coffee and cold meats available. Every morning there was a good selection of Thai food available, so I was happy with different sorts of exotic spiced curries and rice. They also had danish pastries, which I think are made on the premises. One very good aspect of the hotel is the Chinese laundry located on the grounds. We had 5 kilos of washing done for a very reasonable price, which came back all ironed and packed in 2 bags. Saved doing it when we got back to the UK. The General Manager, mr Sun, came round every day. He is an absolute joy, with a great smile and a wealth of knowledge. He told us about the local bus that goes into Phuket town, a converted covered lorry which operates from Karon beach. It was great fun when we took it. Mr Sun is a truly kind and genuine person. I ended up coming away from this hotel with a better knowledge of spoken Thai and the desire of wanting to come back next year. The location is not in the thick of it but only a 10 minute stroll from 2 really nice restaurants if you want to leave the hotel. One thing we noticed that this hotel is a real home from home, with all the guests being a mix of different nationalities. A really great atmosphere, we were not surprised that the guests we spoke to had been coming back to this hotel several times of the last few years. If you want to visit Phuket and don’t want to be in the absolute hub of everything, staying at this hotel, located to north of the Karon beach is a great option. We used Bolt and Grab to get around.

On arrival the front desk manager and team were very professional.. paper work/booking all ready with explanations on hotel details/requirements.

Manager Sun.. excellent customer relations always on the floor and hands on during breakfast periods. Not to mention the excellent breakfast spread. Staff very friendly, helpful and ready to assist with any requests.
Room: Excellent..the condition of our room is very satisfying and the cleaning lady is very efficient and punctual.
The electronic system at the door very good
Facilities- The top deck pool with unimaginable views over the ocean was beyond our comprehension..The Jacuzzi downstairs in the garden was a magical experience. Overall a wonderful Resort and we have already recommended the same to family and friends.

We loved the resort and the location. 10 to 15 minutes walk to beach/restaurants/shops. Really beautiful rooftop pool that overlooks the ocean on one side and the forest on the other side. I loved the cocktails and bar snacks. Also a lovely heated spa and sauna. Rooms were spacious and great value for money. The manager called Sun was very welcoming and took time each day to say hi and check we had everything we needed. All the staff were lovely. Highly recommend.

Don't write reviews often however Pacific resort was exceptional. Room's are very spacious and the rooftop pool has great views. Loved the care and attention provided by the team. Service was first class! We would definitely come back
