Excellent rapport qualité prix, personnel adorable
Pros:

La chambre, la piscine, les services type laundry et tv avec les matchs de foot pour la coupe du monde, la climatisation parfaite et le personnel d une grande gentillesse et réactivité.

Cons:

Le restaurant était de qualité moyenne pour le prix et l emplacement est loin de la plage et du centre ce qui contraint soit à marcher beaucoup ou payer un tuk-tuk 200 baths à chaque fois. Malheureusement, il n y avait seulement que 2 navettes pour aller à la plage via l hôtel, une le matin et l autre l après midi à horaire fixe ce qui était contraignant. Beaucoup de fourmis dans les chambres aussi.

Pros:

Местоположение отличное. Вдали от шума. Бассейн на крыше 24/7. Виды просто бомба.
Номер очень просторный, нам сделали апгрейд при заселении. Персонал очень вежливый.

Cons:

Не хватает трансферов до моря, хотя можно и пройтись 1 км.
Шумоизоляция слабая между ванной и комнатой.

Great, comfortable short stay with great staff.
Pros:

Loved the staff and the rooftop pool. The apartment suite was great too, perfect for our family and was very comfortable. All the staff were great and Sun really made the stay special. Thank you! The restaurant had a nice selection as well and was reasonable, and room service was no extra charge.

Cons:

Location was a little away so nothing much in walking distance, but it wasn't a problem for us. Not a new resort but very well kept, clean and comfortable.

Fantastic Pacific Club stay - From Sydney, Australia
Pros:

Uncle Sun, personally takes care of every guest at the Breakfast

All the service staff were excellent - Very polite and super helpful. Khun Salai and Kgun Louise at the Reception were always very friendly, nice to talk to and helpful.

The laundry service was excellent.

Uncle Sun, even helped us and dropped us off personally to another resort nearby, without us even asking.

Cons:

The frequency of Shuttle to Karon Beach or at least up & down the hill, will really add value to this Hotel, to all the very excellent stuff (big sized rooms,very homely atmosphere due to Mr. Sun's personal attention, fantastic breakfast)

Pros:

Location, pool could be warmer though.

Cons:

Breakfast was kind of poorly prepared and flies were sitting on smoked salmon. The lady that was making eggs saw it and ignored it many times. Also beds were no good very hard matress uncomfortable. All our backs hurted badly. Sofa beds were terribly uncomfortable for a third guest.

We loved everything! Pool was amazing. Wonderful views. Steam room/jacuzzi beautiful. Food was delicious. Hotel is spotless. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location great, quiet/private but also close to beach/restaurants/bars/bus stops. Room was huge, beds so comfortable! The cold welcome drink and refreshing wash cloths were most welcome. As were the complimentary ice cold bottles of water placed in our fridge very morning.

Cons:

My husband has multiple allergies. We would have liked to see ingredients listed at the breakfast buffet.

Fantastisch hotel met uitstekende service!
Pros:

We hadden een prachtige ruime familiekamer met een fantastisch uitzicht. De verleende service door het personeel was uitstekend: er werd goed meegedacht en de medewerkers waren erg behulpzaam! Het eten in het restaurant was erg goed en de keuze qua verschillende gerechten was groot. Kortom, wij, inclusief de kinderen, hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf!

Cons:

Je moet een stukje lopen naar het centrum en het strand, maar hiernaartoe wordt vanuit het hotel een gratis shuttle aangeboden.

Es hat mir alles an und in diesem Hotel gefallen..Angefangen von der Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers bis hin zum wunderbaren Pool auf dem Dach! Ich reise sehr viel durch Europa und Asien und muß sagen das dieses Hotel einer meiner Top 5 Adressen ist.Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt im September.Hervorzuheben ist ebendfalls Herr Sun,der Hotelmanager,der sich wie kein zweiter sehr liebevoll um seine Gäste kümmert.Er ist mit niemanden zu vergleichen.Jeder,der in diesem Hotel war ,kann das bestätigen.Zu den ersten Geschäften und Restaurants sind es ca.5 Min.Fußweg und zum Strand 15 Min.

Great resort. Will comeback for sure.
Pros:

Had an amazing stay at the Pacific Club Resort! They truly have everything you need to unwind, from the jacuzzi and rooftop pool to the sauna and massage services, plus a fantastic selection of food. While there isn't a ton to do around Phuket, just relaxing at this resort makes the whole trip completely worth it. A special thanks to Mr. Sun, who is always checking in to ensure everything is perfect and that every guest is comfortable!

Pros:

Большой просторный номер. Уютная обстановка в гостинице. Вкусные завтраки. Приятный персонал. Очень достойный ресторан, с нормальными ценами. Услуги прачечной по очень бюджетной цене. Шикарный бассейн на крыше.
