Great quiet location but still close walking distance to everything you need, Staff are awesome and very friendly and helpful nothing was problem, Uncle Sun was great, talked to us everyday to make sure all was good, kids loved it. Views from the roof top pool were amazing.Food at Saneha restaurant was great and good selection at breakfast that changed each day, overall great place to stay and would stay again if we visit Karon beach in the future, overall great experience well done Pacific Club Resort

Tesiste herkes çok yardımseverdi ve tesis karon plajına çok yakındı, yürüyerek rahatlıkla gidebildik. Araç çağırdığımızda ortalama 5-10 dakika içerisinde hemen araç geliyordu.

Absolutely everything, from the service, to the breakfast, to the rooftop swimming pool, to the ping pong table in the gym. What really pulled it all together was the care that Mr. Sun gave to all his guests, he went out of his way to make us feel at home. He gave us advice on places to visit. When I got a little sick he kept checking in on me and even took my wife and daughter to the pharmacy to get some meds. He was even willing to take me to the clinic if I thought that would have been necessary.

I researched our trip for a year and couldn't find anything that compared to this resort at face value. The property stood out to me because of the size of the room, the exceptional rating, and the location. The beautiful beach is just a few minutes down the road and you can easily get to Patong, Ra Wai, Kata and Kamala within about 20-30 minutes if that. We did not want to stay in a loud area so it was PERFECT, but if we wanted a night out or to go shopping it wasn't far. You can tell that the staff and ownership take great pride in the property judging from the effort they put in 24/7 in keeping it well manicured and top notch for the guests. The rooftop infinity pool is amazing. The view cannot be beat, and is well kept and very clean. We enjoyed everything the resort offered. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety, as well as a special menu to order from. The restaurant food was also amazing! The sauna has what I believe to be lavender and mint aromatics, which made it just that more relaxing, and the dip in the spa afterwards was just what the doctored ordered. On our last day we had a couples massage, and it was prefect. The ladies were very professional and knew what they were doing. Our room was clean and huge. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on the very top floor, so we got the view of the ocean as well as Big Buddha in the distance. The air conditioning worked really well and was very refreshing to walk into after a hot day out. We had a king size bed, and it was so comfortable. We slept so hard and peacefully every single night. Finally, I cannot say enough about the staff. Chan was so helpful! You can tell she loves her job and will go the extra mile for you. The other staff members that attended to us were also so warm, helpful an welcoming. We did not meet one person that did not leave a good impression. Mr. Sun, the Property Manager was probably one of the best human beings we've ever met.

We loved absolutely everything: the location, the very friendly staff who were always ready to help, the amenities and cleanliness of the room, the excellent breakfasts in the restaurant, and the entire kitchen. There's a beautiful rooftop pool. The hotel's greatest asset is its owner, Mr. Sun—a wonderful, wonderful person who's always ready to help. Thank you so much for such a luxurious vacation. We'll definitely be back! We highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

Отель расположен в тихом живописном месте, имеет прекрасный бассейн на крыше с панорамными видами. Мой номер был расположен на 4 этаже, с видом на море. Матрацы и подушки очень удобные, достаточно места для хранения вещей, в наличии большой холодильник и микроволновая печь. Завтраки вполне сносные для отеля такого уровня. В отеле есть прекрасный спа-салон. Очень услужливый персонал.,

Monsieur San est extraordinaire et considere ses hôtes comme la famille. Notre fils a du etre hospitalisé, il lui a emmené des fleurs a l hopital. 超出预期的小酒店，环境布置又安静美又温馨，订的大套房正好适合我们一行人入住，宽敞明亮，远远的海景也很美。服务周到，每个人都彬彬有礼，老板每天都会跟客人social。顶层的泳池和底层的健身房都非常满意。所有人一致认为下次再来普吉岛还会继续入住。
