La cisterna del wáter es algo complicada para cogerle el punto, debería haber alguna aclaración en el baño.

Calidad 10 en todos los aspectos

El personal muy atento y amable. Desde recepción pasando por la cafetería y el desayuno buffet hasta el servicio de limpieza. De 10, la verdad.

Trato del personal cafetería
Cons:

El personal de cafetería no nos dejó ordenar en la cafetería, ya que según ellos en la hora en la que está el buffet, la cafetería, la cual está totalmente separada del bufet, está cerrada.

No lo indican en ninguna parte. Te obligan a pagar el buffet para desayunar o si no, a desalojar el espacio de cafetería. Ridículo, puesto que había 5 personas en total y su excusa fue que no podía atender a todos. Solo pedimos un café.

Falta total de organización, puesto que el día anterior vimos cómo en la hora del desayuno sí tomaban órdenes en la cafetería, por lo que supongo que será a conveniencia del camarero que nos tocó. Recomiendo que se trate con más respeto a los huéspedes antes de echarlos de la cafetería.

El buffet lo compramos solo el primer día, ya que no creímos que fuese rentable como para pagarlo el segundo día también.

Tampoco te permiten usar las instalaciones para desayunar con tu propia comida. Aunque esté vacío, las mesas del hotel no puedes usarlas.

No dijeron "Esto no lo podéis hacer, recoged e iros a vuestra habitación a desayunar" la cual solo tiene una silla para dos y poco espacio.

Confío en que no sea un problema del hotel si no de un trabajador puntual. Esperemos que puedan remediarlo.

Nos tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de habitación por petición nuestra (después de llegar cansados del viaje). La primera olía a tabaco, en la segunda a baño sin limpiar y en la última a humedad, ya por no decir que no se podía ni abrir la ventana para ventilar porque estaba rota. Intentamos cenar tras llegar tarde por la noche y no nos atendió nadie, y cuando quisimos comer, nos tuvieron esperando para una pizza más de 20 minutos. Además, pedimos una plancha para la ropa y estaba oxidada y con manchas, por lo que no pudimos usarla por no dañar nuestra ropa. Atención muy mala e ineficaz e instalaciones más o menos “decentes”.

Pros:
