Зеленая, уютная территория отеля!
Вкусный и разнообразный ужин, каждый день работала мангальная зона.
Месторасположение - подальше от шумной улицы.
Отель красивый, уютный.
Хотелось бы, чтобы обновили номера (где-то пошарпанная мебель, отходят косяки в дверных проемах, дверь в ванную тянет по плитке и не закрывается - проем и дверь поправили после того как на это обратили их внимание; промыть стены, мебель), постельное белье и полотенца (все серого цвета, были 5 лет назад - ощущение, что постель и полотенца не обновлялись очень много лет или проходят не очень тчательную стирку с необходимыми средствами).
На кухне так же хотелось бы более чистые столовые приборы, чашки (на которых оставались следы помады и ободок чая после их мытья), что-то нужно делать с мухами, которые садятся в помещении на приборы, открытую еду).
Если эти моменты убрать, контролировать и требовать от сотрудников выполнение работы на уровне, вычистить и, по возможности, обновить все - будет супер условия, куда хочется вернуться не раз!
Море вытягивает эти прокосы - оно прекрасно!

Местоположение, сам отель с бассейном и обстановка в самом городе веселая и беззаботная. Номера хорошие для такого отеля видно что старались сделали побелку везде чисто, уборка средняя, но пойдёт.
На ресепшене непонятно знают они Английский язык или нет, моя дочь учится в Университете в Англии говорит на этом языке, но почему то они не желали говорить на этом языке переходили на турецкий, а с англичанами говорили прекрасно почему это делали непонятно, это какой то специальный трюк чтобы невозможно было ничего спросить. Мы и не обращались больше хотя вопросы были. Так и не съездили на пляж от отеля куда возят, один день из 8 дней пребывания, с 10:15 (мы записались накануне) сидели до 11:30 так и не приехали за нами и другие гости ушли не дождавшись и мы сами пошли. Вообще ходили сами, недалеко пляж за 1 500 лир 2 лежака и зонт.

The house keeping was really bad .. never cleaned the room properly.. bathrooms were dirty even after housekeeping

All the staff was really kind, helpful, hardworking.

Not really soundproofed the rooms, all nights heard the neighbour horrible cough, was hard to sleep with earbuds, however noiseyneighbours is not the hotel fault
It was in a great location , a few minutes to the bars, cafes and restaurants and beach. The staff were so polite , happy and helpful. The food was really lovely and varied with a lot of care taken in preparing fresh and well cooked food. We had a treatment at the spa which was great and everything went very smoothly.
There were some building works going on nearby which was a bit noisy but no fault of the hotel

Breakfast, lunch, dinner was good, friendly personal, clean property, pool, activities - all was good.
If you are going to need free wi-fi - definitely it is not your hotel!!! No wi-fi in the room at all. WI-FI was available only outside.

Номер хороший, чисто! Хорошая зона бассейна и бара! Еда нормальная, по вечерам рыба и гриль, завтраки омлет и много всего, голодным не останешься! Алкоголь пили только красное вино сухое местное, качество хорошее, в магазинах оно по 700 лир! До моря близко, но тихо , нет совсем шума баров, и анимации. Но стены картонные, все слышно, когда возвращаются гости из соседних номеров поздно, хлопают дверьми, но это по всей Турции , везде хорошая слышимость! Вообщем 4 нормальная за свои деньги

Being all inclusive food & alcohol was excellent and certainly made things easier. Also really well located, a 2 minute walk to the top of the main street to Oludeniz Beach
Mixing up the lunch time meal offerings a little more would be good. The selection started to get a bit repetitive after 6 days!
