We were greeted with exceptional service when we first arrived, and our room was clean and a comfortable size for our stay. We pre-paid for breakfast, which was convenient for grabbing a bite before heading out to Disneyland Paris. We also used the free bus shuttle service, which was great for getting to and from the park!
Sometimes the elevators would get busy with people from the bus coming back from the parks/train station. Many other people, including us, tried to use our keys to access the stairwell, but the door wouldn't open. We'd love the option to walk up the stairs in those situations to keep elevator traffic down.

J’aurais aimé un réapprovisionnement des sachets de thé, du café, du sucre,… sinon le reste était parfait.

Spent Four euros on the motor bike and driving games. Changed some money at bar he didn’t say they were out of order. Complained to lady on reception asked for money back. She said nothing to do with the hotel and wouldn’t give me any money back. Surely the hotel could refund money to me and get money from company or at least put an ‘out of order ‘ on the machines. Annoying and had a very disappointed child.
