The worst experience in Paris, and specifically in Disney area. I faced a lot of problems, security safety and discrimination for Arab due to religious reasons. The manager Thio lost his nerves from his team and other guests complaints and started to be rude as well, i had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and cancel my booking due to safety and security issues, the staff keep entering the room with their keys claiming to do services without permission. Never a 4 stars hotel granting access with the cards to every staff member in the hotel including the maintenance!! This was awful and doesn’t represent the IHG hotels at all. I highly don’t recommend, there are other hotels with elite services even with lower stars in the areas that would give a way better and safer experience.

لايوجد اي وسيلة من وسائل الراحة حيث اضطر في كل مره الذهاب الى اخر الردهه لتعبئة زجاجة الماء من الفلتر وكذلك لا توجد ملاعق حتى ان التنظيف يدخل فقط لوضع المناديل دون تبديل او تنظف الحمام
Lage, Ausstattung
L’accueil est chaleureux et les membres du personnel aux petits soins. On est à proximité de Disney avec une navette c’est parfait
Le petit déjeuner du temps du radisson était un peu « fournis » cela étant c’était très bien.
Le personnel est sympa, mais la politique commerciale est celle d'un hôtel de bas étage.
Le rapport qualité prix est desastreux, quand on vend des nuits a 500€, on amène le service qui va avec ! !

Que publican tiene piscina y no hay ninguna piscina. Camarerasremolinos. No ponen gel.
