Generally good apart from not taking any responsibility for slot machines

Nice decor. Friendly bar staff.

Cons:

Spent Four euros on the motor bike and driving games. Changed some money at bar he didn’t say they were out of order. Complained to lady on reception asked for money back. She said nothing to do with the hotel and wouldn’t give me any money back. Surely the hotel could refund money to me and get money from company or at least put an ‘out of order ‘ on the machines. Annoying and had a very disappointed child.

Rustig, mooi hotel.vlakbij Disneyland
Pros:

Mooie locatie, grote kamers, mooie welness en fitness, dichtbij centrum van Marne-la-Vallee en Disney, shuttlebus, heerlijk ontbijt, de rust!

Cons:

- De matrassen, zowel die van het 2 persoonsbed als van het uitklapbed. Het uitklapbed had geen volwaardige matras.
- het zwembadwater was te koud. Het mocht enkele graden warmer zijn.

Cons:

We had an issue with the AC and were struggling to sleep at night. I think the AC has a fixed 25’c setpoint by the management of hotel and the system only allows to adjust the offset by -3 degrees. The room was constantly at 22.8’c which was uncomfortable.

Obsessed!
Pros:

The team were exceptional! Every single person that we interacted with were so warm and lovely, there is not a bad thing to say. The grounds were lovely, I really wish we stayed an extra night to actually enjoy the hotel. We checked in before we went to Disney so we left our bags with concierge for when we came back. When we got back from a long day of exploring the bags were already in our room so we could have a shower and hop into bed. The rooms are a generous size and spotless! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hopefully we’ll be back soon :)

Vacation worth rebooking
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Marne La Vallée. Excellent breakfast with variety to select from and perfect fit Disneyland. There was a shuttle running every 30 minutes for drop off and pick up. Neat and spacious room, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, especially Lea at the front desk. Jaqath and the team at the bar made our stay very memorable.

Cons:

There was no transportation from the facility to the airport. Our flight was early in the morning and every taxi or uber we requested kept cancelling. The hotel could arrange that at least prebooking and at a fee.

Another thing I didn't like the spa wasn't functional. I had facial and massage on my bucket list and couldn't cross it out
