Great location for Disney, comfortable overall but let down by facilities
Pros:

Staff were very nice, food was nice, hotel lobby and gardens were very nice. The hotel smelt amazing. Location for Disney was perfect. Lids had lots of space to run about

Cons:

We booked for pool, and despite email stating pool would be open in time for our stay, it was not. One of the sinks in my room - the plug didn’t work and despite room being cleaned during my stay the sink was not fixed and so was full of stagnant water for two days. The shower head leaked and sprayed all over the place and a crack in the bath meant everytime I showered the bathroom floor was flooded.

Pros:

The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and so accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable. When the renovation is complete it will be amazing!

Beautiful surroundings, and great location for Disneyland.

Cons:

No hot water at stages, Monday evening and Tuesday morning. Seemed to fix itself by Tuesday evening. Not pleasant. Requested milk from hotel for coffee machine and was charged over €3 for a mug of milk. This surely should be free of charge. Also the spa facilities were not in operation, we received no prior warning of this and we had plans to utilise on the final morning.

Disneyland Paris visit
Pros:

We have just returned from a three night stay, after staying here for our visit to Disneyland Paris.

This makes for a great base whilst visiting Disneyland, with the regular shuttle bus service to/from the park. A tell from the communal areas that the hotel has recently been refurbished, and would love to return once the pool etc. is finished as would make it an even better stay with kids!

The staff were fantastic, in particular the restaurant staff at breakfast. Very attentive and helpful. Great selection and quality of food on offer as well.

I think the room we stayed in was yet to be refurbished, but it had everything you needed. Would definitely stay here on a return visit, highly recommend!
