Un séjour agréable dans l’ensemble, mais un accueil en restauration à améliorer.
Pros:

La chambre était propre et confortable. J’ai également apprécié la piscine ainsi que l’emplacement de l’hôtel, qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre de Puerto de la Cruz. Le petit-déjeuner était varié. Je tiens aussi à remercier un jeune serveur du restaurant, très poli, souriant et attentif aux clients.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif concerne une partie du personnel de restauration, que j’ai trouvé peu accueillant et parfois désagréable. En dehors du jeune serveur mentionné précédemment, le service manquait de chaleur et d’attention envers les clients. Une meilleure attitude du personnel améliorerait considérablement l’expérience des voyageurs.

El buen trato, muy CORRECTO, PROFESIONAL, y SERVICIAL. Especial mención al personal de cafetería - comedor, entre ellas MAYKEL y PAPE. Muy atentos, informando, y guiando muy correcta a las personas 😎☺️

Todo muy bien. Sin embargo, deben invertir en reformar ciertos lugares de las instalaciones, como las PUERTAS de las habitaciones. Muy anticuadas. De resto, TODO muy bien 🤔😎
