Que falta una nevera aire a condicionado y un poco de humedad en las ventanas y puertas

Mais ventoinhas principalmento no quarto. Tenerife é muito quente. Mas o hotel tem várias ventilações também não fiquei no melhor dos quartos. Não foi não gostar apenas no dia mais quente foi mais ou menos bom.

el personal de la recepcion en la noche de muy mala educacion y poco colaborara pedi un vaso con hielo y me hobligaron a conmprar un refresco en dos euros una botella pequena de pepsi para darme el bendito vaso con hielo no mejodas y le pedi una factura ya molesto y de mala gana me la hizo la verdfad no me gusto nada primera ves que en un hotel me hobligan a coprar un vaso con hielo y como no queda nada cerca abierto a esa hora tube que caer en eso

The only polite and friendly member of staff was the younger receptionist with brown hair.

There is no coffee machine or coffee available in the hotel. One day, we asked a woman at the reception if she could make us a coffee (since they apparently can make coffee there), but she didn’t know how to use the coffee machine.

The bald receptionist is constantly annoyed and unfriendly. One night, we asked him to call us a taxi, but he told us that he couldn’t call one at that hour, so in the end we had to struggle to arrange one ourselves. When we were going to the airport and asked him to call us a taxi at 6 a.m., he first hesitated and then called one while grumbling in Spanish, which we couldn’t understand.

There is also an older gentleman working at the hotel. When I asked him for some kind of container in which I could wash my clothes, he brought me a dirty bucket that was used for cleaning the floor and told me that they would need it back the next morning. When we asked him for some ice, he told us that he could only give each person one ice cube.

And the cleaning staff... They come in, change the towels and simply straighten up the bed. They did not clean the floor even once during the eight days we stayed there.

There is constantly extremely hot water running in the bathroom. It is very rare to get cold water, and it is almost impossible to adjust it to a comfortable temperature.

Google Maps shows one entrance to the hotel, but when you get there, the door is locked and they don’t always want to open it. You then have to walk all the way around through three streets just to reach the main entrance.

la reserva la hicimos con media pensión y la cena no fue lo esperado, muy poca calidad y no están incluidas las bebidas, solo el agua. El desayuno si estaba muy bueno y variado.

NECESITA UNA RESTAURACION DE LAS HABITACIONES Y PUERTA Y NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y NO AY DONDE APARCAR

Habitaciones con falta de ventilación, baños muy antiguos falta reformarlos. Hacer un poco más de hincapié en la limpieza de las habitaciones, sobre todo baño.
