The rooms were a great size and the restaurant and heated pool are great.
I think it needs a bit of an update in terms of bathroom and small details but it was very clean and comfortable
Good size room and great pool facilities
No lock on bathroom door.
Pods for Nespresso bent so wouldn’t fit in machine. No ice in ice trays.
We asked for linen to make up fold away bed, it was not there. Only 1 towel per person. No complimentary hot chocolate sachets for kids.
We were waiting to hear from reception about when our room would be ready and we weren’t contacted, only found it it was ready when we went back to reception.
Everything was fine bar the room service, worst room service we have ever recieved

Property is aging and could do with a Revamp, the room was certainly showing signs of wear and tear.

Le cadre et l’agencement de l’hôtel, ses facilities (pool, spa, sauna)et la carte du restaurant.
Le dîner et le petit déjeuner (nourriture).
Le moisi au plafond de la salle de bain (room 003). Le matelas du king size bed avec 2 creux.
Les portes et murs d’accès à la salle de restaurant le matin avec « wet paint » a 08:00 lorsque le monde arrive.
La gestion de la salle de restaurant au dîner (1er soir). Un manager tout à fait incompétent ou plutôt « non concerné » laissant le staff se débrouiller avec une salles pleine et disparaissant au moment du coup de feu. Nous avons failli partir au bout de 30min mais l’avons pas fait par compassion pour les 3 filles de salles qui faisaient de leur mieux. Le problème semble être un sous-staffing en cuisine et mauvais management en salle.
