Excellent location, within walking distance of the historic centre. The hotel is set in a beautiful old manor building with a lovely garden, which gives it a special atmosphere. The interior design and decor are interesting and elegant, and the property itself has a lot of character.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service does not correspond to a five-star hotel. On arrival, no one offered to help with the luggage. At reception, there was only one staff member, and there was almost no communication about the hotel facilities, breakfast, restaurant, or any spa or wellness services. They simply took our passports, gave us the keys, and that was all.

The breakfast was also very disappointing. The selection was limited, and all the hot food, including eggs and sausages, was already cold. Guests had to serve themselves, including pouring their own coffee. Overall, the level of service and breakfast quality was far below what we would expect from a five-star property

Very good stay, I really enjoyed myself thank you to the very helpful kind and friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely staff, incredibly comfortable beds, delicious food. Great location, quiet but v near the old town

Cons:

More sun Lou gets outside would be nice, only 4 and 1 was broken. A kettle in bedrooms would be nice to make tea and coffee

RESPECTO A LA HABITACION LA LIMPIEZA LAMENTABLE. EN EL BAÑO LA ENCIMERA DE LOS LAVABOS SUCIA Y UNOS PELOS EN EL PLATO DE DUCHA. AL IR A CENAR SE LO COMENTE EN RECEPCION Y QUE IBAN DE INMEDIATO. POR LA NOCHE AL IRME A DUCHAR SEGUIAN ALLI. EN UN HOTEL DE 5 ESTRELLAS NO SE PUEDEN DAR ESTAS SITUACIONES. ENTIENDO UN FALLO EN LA LIMPIEZA PERO TRAS COMUNICARLO NO SOLUCIONARLO DE INMEDIATO NO ME ENTRA EN LA CABEZA. REPITO, EN UN HOTEL DE ESTA CATEGORIA.
