Centrally located and amazing food!
Pros:

Very central and walkable- loved the dining area. Most impressive part of the property. Chef and team at the restaurant are exceptional. Food was delicious.

Cons:

Beds were old and uncomfortable. No coffee in the bedrooms, unusual even for a 4 star hotel now a days. The rooms could use an upgrade.

La habitación ers muy cómoda y el edificio muy bonito y bien conservado.

Cons:

Una noche decidimos cenar en el jardín después de una excursión. Pedimos algo ligero y la verdad fue una gran decepción, pedimos jamón ibérico q no estaba recién cortado ni era de calidad para el precio que tenia y ensalada de tomate de temporada que llevaba 4 trozos pequeños y todo lo demás lechuga.Además habia una familia cenando con 5 niños y no pararon de correr y gritar junto a nuestra mesa lo que rompía totalmente el ambiente del jardín.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the historic centre. The hotel is set in a beautiful old manor building with a lovely garden, which gives it a special atmosphere. The interior design and decor are interesting and elegant, and the property itself has a lot of character.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service does not correspond to a five-star hotel. On arrival, no one offered to help with the luggage. At reception, there was only one staff member, and there was almost no communication about the hotel facilities, breakfast, restaurant, or any spa or wellness services. They simply took our passports, gave us the keys, and that was all.

The breakfast was also very disappointing. The selection was limited, and all the hot food, including eggs and sausages, was already cold. Guests had to serve themselves, including pouring their own coffee. Overall, the level of service and breakfast quality was far below what we would expect from a five-star property

la habitación vieja, lo mismo que el mobiliario. el tv viejo y chico, las luces poco practicas y viejas. los pasillos lúgubres
los ascensores viejos y desactualizados . no daba una buena imagen por el precio que cobran

Very good stay, I really enjoyed myself thank you to the very helpful kind and friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely staff, incredibly comfortable beds, delicious food. Great location, quiet but v near the old town

Cons:

More sun Lou gets outside would be nice, only 4 and 1 was broken. A kettle in bedrooms would be nice to make tea and coffee

A gem tucked away in a sweet corner of Santiago de Compostela!
