Les personnel le soir et la matinee mapolie . Je venue a l hotel pas part envie pas le choix . En general je vais au 3 couronnes . Rien ne marcher promettre spa et seulement haman rien d autre sur place etait operationnelle

Pros:

L’emplacement en face de la gare avec tout à proximité .

Cons:

Le jacuzzi était en panne (j’avais choisi cet établissement à la base un peu pour ça) et le restaurant malgré un accueil extraordinaire n’était pas à notre goût .

L'emplacement proche du lac et des commerces. Équipements proposés malgré l'indisponibilité du jacuzzi cause travaux sur la terrasse. Le restaurant dur place. Parking

Rue passante a côté. Nous avons eu la chambre au 1er étage donc sommeil dérangé par le bruit. Réveil matinal

Sehr empfehlenswert und sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Vielen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Personal, alle sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bei allen möglichen Fragen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Zimmer ist gross und ideal mit der Küche für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Bett ist bequem und gross.
Frühstück: sehr fein!
Lage: Perfekt gleich beim Bahnhof, Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem See mit vielen Restaurants und dem Schiffsteg.
Es ist so toll, dank dem Hotel die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gratis benützen zu können und so viele Ermässigungen für Museen etc zu erhalten.

Pros:

L'emplacement, les professionnels de la réception.
La literie top.

Cons:

Les professionnels du petit déjeuner étaient pas très adaptés. Ils discutaient d'un ton élevé sur leur vie personnelle devant les clients. C'est très moyen.
Le café était froid, j'ai dû en réclamer un nouveau.
Puis problème d insonorisation avec les portes des chambres qui claquent, de même pour portes salle de bain.

Top Lage, eher *** als ****
Pros:

Ich war am Jazz Festival in Montreux. Das Hotel liegt gleich am Bahnhof Vevey, von dort ist man mit dem Zug in 5 Min. in Montreux. Die Lage ist also hervorragend und auch ruhig. Nur hatte ich ein Zimmer, wo draussen in der Nacht eine Lüftung lief. Schlecht sind die Teppiche im Zimmer, und es hatte keine richtige Dusche, sondern eine Badewanne. Das Hotel ist eher als *** zu klassifizieren als **** - überhaupt, wo liegt der Unterschied? Das Frühstück kostet CHF 25 extra und ist in Ordnung, mehr nicht. Das Personal dort war nicht aufmerksam, so wurde ich am Morgen nicht nach einem Kaffee gefragt. Aber ich konnte mich wehren, und dann hat es geklappt. Der Kaffee ist übrigens von Nespresso...

Mooie locatie voor verblijf meer van geneve of tussenstop naar italie
Pros:

Goede locatie, makkelijk parkeren (maar let op hoogte boven 1.90 kan niet in hotelgarage). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, nette kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt (wel aan de prijs voor €25 pp). Je loopt makkelijk naar het meer.

Cons:

Badkamers/douche niet helemaal schoon (schimmel op voegen, douchekop niet handig op te hangen). Spa/gym is beperkt en bar boven was niet bemand en ook niet zo gezellig aangekleed als op de foto’s. Prijs incl ontbijt is behoorlijk maar zwitserlands is verder ook duur.

Lovely hotel in brilliant location
Pros:

Fantastic location in the heart of Vevey, very close to train station for quick easy train ride to Montreaux (we stayed during the Montreaux Jazz Festival and trains were free of charge). Lots of cafes and shops right outside the hotel, and a 5-10min walk to the lake.

Rooms were very nice, spacious and good aircon. Our request to have rooms near each other were accomadated with rooms next to each other. We were able to check in to one of the rooms a couple of hours early which was greatly appreciated.

On site car parking was a real bonus - and an experience in itself as uses a 'car lift' to take you underground! Had to leave car keys at reception which felt a little strange but was fine.

We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as walked to the Saturday morning market and bought some delicious pastries and ate them at the lakeside.
