Wszystko ok

The building is very old, the rooms and hallways smell of mould and dampness and the air is quite hard to breathe. The room itself needs renovation, the carpet is very stained and so was the small sofa and the curtains, the sheets weren't the cleanest I've ever seen but were alright I guess. The bathroom is again very dirty and most fixtures were covered in either limescale and/or mould, the cleaning lady did her best but there is only so much you can do when everything is in such bad shape and in such dire need of renovation. The towels, while clean, as in recently washed, still had stains that I believe just couldn't be removed and holes in them; no slippers or bathrobes in the room. The pillows had 0 firmness in them, they got smushed flat on the bed the moment you layed your head on them.

As for the all inlusive services, I had read on other reviews that they could use some more diversity in the buffet and I made the very WRONG assumption that the people who complained must've been a bit picky. Oh how wrong I was. Never in my life have I seen such a poor buffet of food in any hotel I have ever been in (not exagerrating). Even for breakfast, which most hotels do, the options were extremely limited. I can tell you there were about 6 trays of food on one counter, 2-3 at the live cooking station and about 8 bowls of salads and that was it. They had some desserts, but frankly they were disappointing. The only good thing you could find in the buffet was the pizza and the barbeque, the pizza was live cooking and there was a constant queue to get it. The bar was overall ok (especially the alcoholic drinks) but the soft drinks were all low quality and again, the hotel had so little dispensers in the lobby bar you usually had to wait to get a refill.

Zimmer: Lage, direkt bei der Mülldeponie. Täglich durch die Müllabfuhr geweckt. Sehr schmutzige Fliesen im Bad. Zudem war die Duschwand kaputt, dass immer alles schwamm.
Desweiteren gab es keine Möglichkeit Händtücher, Badeanzüge zu trocknen. Gab keinen Balkon und Trockenstange im Bad war so hoch, musste man schweben können.

Ebenso das Essen war recht mau, täglich das selbe. Einzig die Pozza war echt lecker.
Am Pool hat man zwar Blick aufs Meer, jedoch umständlich dorthin zukommen.

The food was so salty, heard several customers complaining about the same thing. It was pretty much everything had too much salt.

The entertainment in the evening isn't in the hotel, you have to walk only about a 5 min walk from the hotel, but all inclusive drinks aren't inclusive here! Not good.

The usual pool entertainment team I've become accustomed to only appeared twice in the week.

Bardzo głośno na stołówce i przy basenie, pełno dzieci. Leżaki przy basenie darmowe ale zajmowanie już po 7 rano ręcznikami.
W pokoju nie mieliśmy wogóle szafy tylko odkryte półki, przy trzech osobach to trochę mało. Szkoda że nic nie dzieje się w hotelu, nie ma żadnych wieczorów z muzyką. Zapraszają do hotelu z boku , uważam że szkoda bo scena jest przy basenie. Plaża miejska za leżaki i wszystko inne trzeba płacić.

Mało atrakcji dla dorosłych. Jeżeli nie masz dzieci to nie ma co robić bo basen sie zamykał około 18/19 bary są do 23. Pozatym na basenie jest 3 razy mniej leżaków niż ludzi, od 8 rano wszystkie leżaki sa zajęte ręcznikami a obsługa nic z tym nie robi.
Jedzenie było monotonne, codziennie prawie to samo a wybór nie był duzy.
Nie podobała mi sie ta opcja "all inclusive" ponieważ za chociażby ręczniki na basen, lepsze drinki czy organizację taksowki trzeba bylo dopłacać

Room decor outdated.
No ice cream included in all inclusive after any meal or during the day in the pool bar. Thats the only dessert my son is asking for on a holiday.

Brak wody pitnej w obiekcie po godzinach all inclusiv, mało miejsca na leżaki i ich dostępność ( poranna rezerwacja :( Płatne ręczniki plażowe (rzadkość w hotelach)

Brak dodatkowych atrakcji na basenie, krotko bar w lobby,
