Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut aber das Personal soll geschult werden.

Die Zimmerausstattung , und Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption

Cons:

Bedienung an der Bar und Restaurant . Der Kellner hat nicht ein mal mich gefragt was ich zum Essen bestellen möchte und stattdessen hat sich mit anderen Gästen lang unterhalten . Am Tag davor ich bekam Vorspeise ohne Besteck.

Великолепный отель в центре города
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение - самый центр. До железнодорожного вокзала можно дойти за 10 минут. До центральной площади примерно столько же, и все достопримечательности рядом. Остановка трамвая напротив отеля, до автобусов на горнолыжные курорты в зависимости от направления от 2 до 5-6 минут. Прокат горнолыжного снаряжения на соседней улице.
В этом отеле мы останавливаемся уже не в первый раз. Очень нравятся большие, чистые, просторные комнаты с восхитительным видом на горы. Ванная комната тоже огромного размера, что позволяет, не тратя лишнего времени, пользоваться ею вдвоём.
Завтрак великолепный, огромный выбор холодных и горячих блюд, много фруктов и разнообразная выпечка. Завтрак начинается рано, так что остаётся достаточно времени, чтобы собраться и успеть к открытию любого горнолыжного курорта.
Персонал отеля приветливый, дружелюбный, готовый ответить на любые вопросы. Как и в большинстве отелей в альпийском регионе, здесь есть специальная комната для хранения горнолыжного снаряжения.
