Pros:

I like location, customer service from staff specifically Ebrahim receptionist, room size is good enough and the parking garage under the building.

Cons:

I dislike the house keeping not cleaning the room properly specifically the bathroom. The breakfast buffet also needs improvement and could offer a better variety of option.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at AC Hotel Innsbruck. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows were soft, and we all slept great. Our rooms were spacious, and having connecting rooms for our family with our two teenagers made the stay even more convenient. After staying in a few hotels with rooms that were uncomfortably warm, we especially appreciated the excellent air conditioning. It kept the room cool and made a huge difference in the quality of our sleep

Pros:

De ligging was perfect en de bezienswaardigheden allemaal op wandelafstand. Parking onder het hotel met laadfaciliteiten.
Zeer ruime kamer en badkamer, heerlijk bed, vriendelijk personeel en een uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Het was redelijk druk in het hotel, waardoor de ontbijtruimte nu eerder klein was.

Decent, would stay here again
Pros:

Locations is perfect, walking distance from the downtown area. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Checkin took us around an hour, theyre saying it because alot of people arrived at the same time, however i think the process itself it slow.
