Pros:

A bright, spacious, staff friendly, clean hotel just a 5 minute walk away from Innsbruck train station. Public transport outside the door and just a stroll to the old town.

Liegt sehr zentral und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Sauna war leider um 20.00 Uhr kalt!
In der Dusche bei der Aufhängung fiel ständig die Abdeckung herunter und beim Benutzen der WC-Bürste fiel diese ebenfalls von der Aufhängung. Sollte mal ein Handwerker alles neu anschrauben😉

Pros:

Definitely good location for sightseeing, public transport and getting to and from the airport. We had a lovely mountain view and no noise. The big bed was super comfy. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Einfach nur TOP! Über den Dächern Innsbrucks eine traumhafte Aussicht, super gut organisiert, tolles Personal, großes Zimmer, sehr gute Betten, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, besser geht's nicht! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Pros:

The staff was friendly and super helpful, especially Ibraim, who took his time to make the most of our limted stay in Innsbrook by pointing out the highlights and the must do's as well as must not do's.

Cons:

I found the breakfast a bit on the pricey side at €25.00 compared to the other hotel we stayed at while the assortment wasn't much more elaborate. But, okay, it is a Marriott.

Very pleasant and efficient - would recommend
Pros:

Everything at hotel was great. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Modern good sized clean room. Great view. Close to old town without being noisy and close to rain station. Good breakfast with good choices.

Cons:

Air conditioning hard to work out even WITH the instructions. Housekeeping didnt refill facial tissues

For sure when I come back to Innsbruck, I will choose this hotel
Pros:

The location is very strategic, only 5 minutes to the shopping area, ample room (28 sqm), car park very easy just below the hotel, breakfast excellent

No free of charge bottled drinking water
