Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel moderno para una estadía perfecta en este bello lugar que es Innsbruck
Pros:

Todo. Habitación, desayuno, ubicación 100 mts del arco del triunfo de Innsbruck que da acceso a la calle María Teresa y desemboca en 500 mts en casco histórico hermoso, amabilidad de personal. Una mención especial a María, mujer boliviana encantadora que vive en Austria hace unos años y con excelente disposición
El parking es público pero está en el subsuelo del hotel y con acceso directo al lobby. No tiene descuento especial por ser huéspedes pero la tarifa es la habitual: 23 € por día. Muy cómodo todo.

Tyylikäs ja korkeatasoinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Pros:

Hyvä sijainti. Tosi tilava huone ja iso kylpyhuone. 3hh puuttui aluksi kolmannen pyyhkeet eikä esim laseja ollut varattu kolmelle, mutta sai pyydettäessä. Respan henkilökunta antoi heti tullessa paljon vinkkejä ja oli tosi ystävällistä ja kohteliasta koko oleskelun ajan. Aamupala oli todella runsas ja monipuolinen. Sisustus kaikkinensa tyylikäs ja kaikkialla paljon tilaa.
Kuntosali löytyy, mutta ei käyty.

Cons:

Hinta on toki korkea,mutta vastine tälle toki hyvä. Saunakin olisi ollut (miehille ja naisille yhteinen), mutta ei käyty, kun ei tästä tiedetty etukäteen.
Isossa parivuoteessa ainoastaan yksi iso peitto, ja vaikka leveyden puolesta tässä mahtuu kyllä hienosti myös teinit kahdestaan nukkumaan, niin silti kaksi peittoa olisi hyvä.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful! Many thanks to the hotel professional staff. Room was amazing with gorgeous view, comfy and spacious. Parking convenient. Breakfast plentiful.

Cons:

The minor thing was a pretty long wait at the restaurant in the evening but our overall experience was great.
