Good Hotel with Great helpfull staff,

Hotel within 10mins slow walk down to the Horburgh & the main shopping areas & resteraunts close by.

Otelde iki oğlumla beraber 3 gece konakladim. Otelin konumu, çalışanlarin enerjisi, yemek ve kahvaltısı mükemmeldi.
Otelde oldukça problemli bir wi-fi sistemi var genelde internet yoktu.

During a rainy day because I was in the top floor I’ve got a leak from the roof in my bathroom

Isıtma sistemi biraz gürültülü çalışıyor ve internet üst katta düşük hızda çekiyor ve ara ara kesilmekte idi.
When you first get to the hotel, the facade might not look like much, but don’t let that fool you—it’s actually a great place. The rooms are super well-equipped and face a quiet inner courtyard, so you get a really good night’s sleep. The bed and sheets were top-notch, and everything was spotless.
One thing I really appreciated was having a proper reception desk with real, helpful people—not just a self-check-in screen or a lockbox. The staff genuinely care and go out of their way to help (speaking from my own experience here!).
They also have a sauna—a bit on the smaller side, but super cozy and comfortable. They provide towels and have a nice little relaxation area.
And breakfast? It has pretty much everything you could ask for—from fresh croissants and coffee to prosciutto/melon and Prosecco!
Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
Perfekte Lage - fussläufig ins Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet ansprechend, Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Zimmerausstattung ebenfalls sehr gut.
Störend war die Glasscheibe zwischen Schlafraum und Badezimmer.
Die Fassade des Hotels sieht bei Tag sehr renovierungsbedürftig aus.
Beim Frühstück gab es nur Haferflockenmischungen (mit Schokolade oder Crunch) - keine reinen Haferflocken.
