Reservei p/ duas pessoas pelo Booking, cheguei e me cobraram pelo meu marido... não avisaram que cobrariam pelo estacionamento e cobraram, além de que toda vez que precisava pegar o carro ou guardar o carro tinha que ir atrás de alguém p/ abrir ou fechar... um saco... Quarto, não sei o que era... minha renite atacou... então precisa arejar mais o quarto.. limpar tudo... colocar produto anti mofo...

Um diferencial foi o atendimento do pessoal do café da manhã. Eles foram muito simpáticos todos os dias. Também achei excelente as opções do café da manhã, bastante variedade e tudo bem fresquinho.

Cons:

Achei que o atendimento dos recepcionistas foi um pouco seco e deixaram de passar informações relevantes, como por exemplo o acesso ao wi-fi, mas nada que fosse prejudicial. Apenas uma sugestão de melhoria.

No avisan que la noche italiana q fue el motivo del viaje ya no hacen.El estacionamiento es tarifado tampoco avisan.El restauran es muy basico, una carta muy pobre .Antes de viajar solicite cama matrimonial me comunicaron el cambio, pero eran camas insividuales dobles.
