Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön, sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch ok. Die Preise von Hotels für Frühstücksangebote sind m.M.n aber grundsätzlich zu teuer.

Cons:

Die Lage. Man ist doch recht nah am Bahnhof und den angrenzenden Straßen, sowie dem entsprechenden Klientel. Abends dort entlang zu gehen war uns unangenehm.

Wen das nicht stört, ist aber sehr schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Ubahn und die Bushaltestelle sind in der Nähe

Lage zum HBF super.
In der Nähe zum HBF ist natürlich die Obdachlosen und Drogenszene zu erwarten.
Alkoholverbotszonen vorhanden.
Beim Frühstück ist alles vorhanden. Kaffeeautomat und Pfannkuchenmaschine mit Nutellaspender.
Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und der Bar rund um die Uhr! Top!

Cons:

TV ausgefallen über den kompletten Aufenthalt.
Das freundliche Personal konnte nur darüber Auskunft geben, dass es in Arbeit ist.
Frühstück zu teuer.

store komfortable værelser, god, central beliggenhed, dejlig morgenmad
Pros:

morgenmaden var god- dejligt brød, stort udvalg af pålæg, og en masse dejlig te at vælge imellem. Værelserne var store og komfortable- let adgang til Hovedbanegården og seværdigheder generelt.

Cons:

Forstår ikke, hvorfor der serveres frikadeller i stedet for gode, tyske pølser til røræggene. Desuden kunne vi ikke finde ud af at betjene TV´et på værelserne- skriv en lille betjeningsvejledning, så TV´et er let at betjene.

Staff maravilhoso
Pros:

Muito acessível de transportes, zona com bom ambiente, supermercado ao lado, pequeno almoço maravilhoso, quarto limpo.. mas o que destaco é a excelência do staff. Pessoas maravilhosas, durante o dia e noite. Não faltou nada ao meu filho que tem necessidades específicas. Destino a repetir e sem dúvida que fico alojada no mesmo hotel!

Cons:

Não houve nada que tivesse desgostado. Até um fervedor de água me emprestaram para poder aquecer leite durante a noite sem ter que descer à recepção.

Pros:

Mir hat besonders gut gefallen, dass man bis 10:30 Uhr frühstücken konnte und das Angebot war sehr gut.
Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man ist schnell zu Fuss an der Alster oder am Bhf. Oder hat direkt den Anschluss an die U-Bahn.
