En toute honnêteté, l'hébergement n'était pas à la hauteur des splendeurs qui l'entourent !..

Je voyage assez quotidiennement. Je suis une personne handicapé, assez corpulente !...
Après une "galère" pour trouver le minuscule parking, nous avons été accueilli par une charmante "Ukrainienne" !..
La chambre était très étroite, les sanitaires non-accessibles à une personne comme moi.
Le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant notre séjour !..
Le classement de cet hôtel en 4 étoiles, est largement surfait et j'y verrai un à peine 2 étoiles !..

Pros:

The hotel is located at 100 meters from the Sanctuary. Great staff, great assistance (what was needed due to the cancellation of trains). Good rooms and breakfast.

A good hotel in an ideal location
Pros:

Hotel Panorama is a short walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. It has a nice calm atmosphere with very helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable and attended to every day. Our stay was good value and we look forward to coming back next year.

Pros:

Very nice Hotel....This is my fourth time stay on this hotel. Staff very friendly. Close to the Santuary. Highly recommend it.

Cons:

The room has to be cleaned a little more deeper. Maybe the cleaning staff needs more time in each room.

A nice experience as always
Pros:

This was my third visit to this hotel. Visiting this hotel 3 times is a confirmation of its excellence.
Its location is fantastic, only a 3 minute walk to St Joseph Gate.
The general atmosphere was good
The rooms excellent
The value for the price I must say it is a bit on the high side
The cleanliness was perfect
Noise level was very low
The service given was excellent
All amenities were good except for the bath which lacked another handrail. you would expect this at a 4 Star hotel in Lourdes

Lived up to our expectations in Hospitality & Location.
Pros:

Good Sumptuous Breakfast with a decent array of dishes on the Buffet.
The staff was very courteous and helpful.
Clearance of dishes were prompt which is what is expected in a Buffet Breakfast.
The Timings were also just right.

Cons:

Overall, every aspect of the Hotel was in order.
Hence no dislikes whatsoever

We had a nice stay at Panorama Hotel
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Panorama Hotel in Lourdes. It was my first time visiting Lourdes and first time staying at this hotel. Upon check in and arrival in our room, we found two complimentary water bottles and a nice welcome note from the manager on the desk. How nice is that! Both Leo and especially Samantha who helped me many times learn directions and gave me maps were terrific. Also friendly were the other front desk staff whose names I didn't know. The room we got had a nice view and a balcony. The bathroom was a good size. The hotel is right across the sanctuary's St Joseph gate. We could easily go to the Grotto and visit the Sanctuary. There are many little shops and cafes around it so there is no problem for finding meals. The hotel also offers meals on site however we found those to be very expensive for a quick lunch or dinner and we also have food/dietary needs without milk and nuts and we weren't sure if that could be accomodated.
