Please note that children under the age of 16 do not have access to the indoor relaxation pool (except from 11:00 am to 12: 00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm).

All guests have complimentary access to the outdoor swimming pool during the summer season.

Guests staying in a Deluxe Room, Executive Room, Junior Suite, or Suite have complimentary access to the spa wet area throughout their stay. For guests staying in a Twin Room, King Room, or King Room with Partial Lake View, spa access is available at an additional cost of EUR 20 per person per day. Spa access is complimentary on the day a treatment is booked.

Pros:

Die Grösse des Zimmers war super, sogar mit Balkon.

Cons:

Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war nicht sauben und es fehlt etwas an veganen Optionen. Auch, dass man für den Innenpool extra zahlen muss fanden wir nicht so toll.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die schöne Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir unseren Hund nicht mit ins Restaurant und im Frühstückraum mitnehmen, obwohl Hunde erlaubt sind. Die Anmerkung, dass Hunde in den Bereichen nicht erwünscht sind, waren sehr versteckt in der Hotelbeschreibung.
Aus vorgenannten Grund mussten wir uns nach 8 stündiger Autofahrt und im strömenden Regen ein Restaurant außerhalb suchen.

400€ für eine Nacht sind sportlich zumal wir den SPA nicht genutzt haben.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne Lage am See mit tollem Blick. Wir waren im 6. Stock. Die Lounge muss man nicht zwingend buchen. Vom Zimmer hat man den gleiche Blick. SPA haben wir nicht gesehen und können kein Urteil abgeben.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant ist eher unterdurchschnittlich. Insgesamt ist alles sehr teuer. Hier und da Renovierungsstau. Das (öffentliche) Parkhaus und insbesondere die Ausfahrt ist extrem eng. Vorsicht wenn man mit einem etwas größeren Wagen unterwegs ist. Es geht um Zentimeter.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr gepflegte Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten. Herrliche Aussicht auf den See. Sagenhafter Wellnessbereich mit sehr empfehlenswerten Massagen. War das zweite Mal da und wieder wie beim ersten Mal vor einem Jahr alles top und die Massagen sind hochwertig. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einmaliger Lage direkt am See.
Pros:

Die Lage am See ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Flure sind sehr dunkel.
