Sadly, we were there to attend a funeral, but the hotel met all our expectations.
Pros:

The situation was beautiful; we had a balcony with a view of the lake. Expensive, but convenient private parking beneath the hotel, accessed by private lifts.

Cons:

Only one minor grumble - that the toilet in our en suite was very low to the ground - great if you are a toddler but we are a retired couple!

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable

Cons:

Prix fluctuent fortement, je suis client régulier et la nuit peut presque doubler selon les jours sans explications ni maîtrise de la part des hôtes d’accueils sur ce dernier.

Never even think to stay at this hotel if u care about hygiene

Nothing except the location

Cons:

Very dirty rooms and disgusting towels in the bathrooms. And carpet in the room smell bad with many spots. Looks like these carpet never ever been cleaned or washed.

Freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer und vielfältiges Frühstück

Cons:

Düsterer Flur, Abzug vor allem für den SPA-Bereich: im Vergleich mit anderen Häusern eher einfach, zu klein. Nicht alle Duschen funktionieren, Fenster sind schmutzig, Abläufe scheinen verstopft, Weg in den Aussenpool führt kompliziert durch die Lobby.

Bon emplacement
Bon petit déjeuner mais pas assez varié.
Propreté des chambres décevante pour cette catégorie d'hôtel ( tache sur la moquette, carrelage fêlé, odeur de cigarettes et autres dans la chambre)
Pour un 4*, le niveau n'y est pas.

On aime la situation,la vue sur le lac, le personnel compétent et accueillant. La qualité du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Les moquettes sont vieilles et tachées, aussi bien dans les coursives que dans les chambres. Pas de décoration (ambiance froide), pas de fiche-guide dans la chambre qui rappelle le code wifi, le numéro de la réception, les différents horaires (petit déjeuner, parking...). C'est plutôt vieux, impersonnel et moche. Rien de chaleureux.
Et pour ce prix on trouve largement mieux
