Please note that children under the age of 16 do not have access to the indoor relaxation pool (except from 11:00 am to 12: 00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm).

All guests have complimentary access to the outdoor swimming pool during the summer season.

Guests staying in a Deluxe Room, Executive Room, Junior Suite, or Suite have complimentary access to the spa wet area throughout their stay. For guests staying in a Twin Room, King Room, or King Room with Partial Lake View, spa access is available at an additional cost of EUR 20 per person per day. Spa access is complimentary on the day a treatment is booked.

Please note that interconnected rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. They will be confirmed by the hotel on the day of arrival.

L’emplacement est excellent. C’est le véritable point fort de l’hôtel : idéalement situé, avec un cadre magnifique et une proximité appréciable avec les principaux sites d’Évian

Nous avons été très déçus par notre expérience.

À notre arrivée, la chambre que nous avions réservée n’était finalement pas disponible. En remplacement, on nous a attribué une chambre de catégorie inférieure, avec pour seule compensation deux cocktails de bienvenue et un accès au salon exécutif, dont l’offre était particulièrement décevante et loin de compenser le désagrément.

Il nous avait également été indiqué que nous bénéficierions d’une chambre avec une vue partielle sur le lac. Or, il n’en a rien été : nous avons simplement reçu une chambre standard, sans aucune vue.

Le plus regrettable est que nous avions choisi de venir à Évian précisément pour profiter d’une chambre avec vue sur le lac. C’était la principale raison de notre réservation, et cette attente n’a malheureusement pas été respectée

Très bel emplacement, belle chambre, spacieuse et vue magnifique sur le lac.

Cons:

Impossible d’avoir le noir total durant la nuit. Réveillé tôt le matin par la lumière. Chambre pas prête à 15h50…. Petit déjeuner moyen.

Cons:

Mauvaise gestion de l’enregistrement. Ils n’étaient pas au courant de la réservation et nous avons donc dû attendre pour avoir finalement une chambre.
La piscine de l’hôtel était fermée pour une fête et inaccessible toute l’après-midi, ce qui est un comble lors de la canicule!
