Important information:

Please note that children under the age of 16 do not have access to the indoor relaxation pool (except from 11:00 am to 12: 00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm).

All guests have complimentary access to the outdoor swimming pool during the summer season.

Guests staying in a Deluxe Room, Executive Room, Junior Suite, or Suite have complimentary access to the spa wet area throughout their stay. For guests staying in a Twin Room, King Room, or King Room with Partial Lake View, spa access is available at an additional cost of EUR 20 per person per day. Spa access is complimentary on the day a treatment is booked.

Please note that interconnected rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. They will be confirmed by the hotel on the day of arrival.

L’emplacement et le fait que l’ascenseur arrive directement du parking dans l’hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner est très sympa ainsi que la piscine.
À la taille de la chambre, Belle, salle de bain

Cons:

Le grillage qu’il y a autour des balcons, ça gâche la vue et c’est pas beau du tout. Un peu plus d’explications. Concernant les serviettes qu’il y a au bord de la piscine par exemple, car nous on avait emmené celle de la salle de bain.
Je suis haut de la douche qui fuyait ça prouve que la chambre n’a pas été vérifié correctement.
Le manque de gobelets pour brossage des dents dans la chambre.

Situation géographique top / Parking sous l'hôtel à prix très abordable / Propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bains / Excellent buffet du petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Service parfait de la part de Walid.

Cons:

Vieux tapis dans les étages et les chambres à changer d'urgence pas digne d'un Hilton. L'hôtel a peu être été vendu car plus d'enseigne Hilton sur la face Nord de l'établissement ainsi que sur le panneau indiquant l'entrée du parking.

​À éviter. Chambre datée qui manque cruellement de rafraîchissement et propreté très douteuse dans la salle de bain. Quant au restaurant Le Yacht, l'attente a été interminable pour des plats sans aucune saveur. Le tarif est beaucoup trop élevé pour des prestations aussi médiocres.

Used to be our favorite spa getaway, now change in policy not allowing use of spa after check-out is a dealbreaker

Cons:

The Hilton Evian used to be our favorite destination for a weekend spa getaway. On our departure day, we would check out of our room and then spend the rest of the day enjoying the spa facilities.

Unfortunately, changes to the hotel’s policy now prevent guests from using the spa after check-out. As a result, the spa experience is effectively limited to the afternoon of the check-in day, and guests are practically leaving the hotel upon check-out (leaving the spa almost empty on Sundays, with access to the spa reserved only for guests that book treatments like massages etc.)

For us, this is a significant drawback. It is no longer worthwhile to travel all the way to Evian for only one afternoon of spa access and a buffet breakfast the following morning.

We sincerely hope the policy will change back to its previous form, allowing guests to enjoy a full weekend of relaxation and wellness, as we used to.

Grande chambre propre

Cons:

Pré paiement de 20% mais avons dû payer nos boissons au bar quand même quid? Anomalie remontée à l’accueil
Ménage fait très tôt donc on vous réveille ! 9h!
Sinon rien de bien dramatique voyons le bon côté du coup on a le temps de profiter de la journée 🤣
Terrasse non nettoyée par contre ! Même à notre arrivée

Disgusting. I’d give it zero stars.

Utterly horrible stay. The hotel looks little like the photos. It’s run down and disgusting inside. Dirty carpet, holes everywhere, and a relic of a presumably once decent place. It was utterly embarrassing to be there.
