Rezerwacja przez booking.com, dwa pokoje typu Deluxe Business z łóżkiem typu king-size, z opcją płatności na miejscu. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że jeden z pokoi był w innym, niższym standardzie. Pracownik recepcji zaproponował w ramach rekompensaty darmowe śniadanie dla 2 osób, które ostatecznie okazało się płatne, co zauważyłem dopiero po otrzymaniu faktury. Ponadto otrzymałem fakturę tylko na 1 z 2 opłaconych pokoi.
Czarę goryczy przelało jednak wyjątkowo wyrachowane i przebiegłe zachowanie pracownika recepcji, który początkowo jako rekompensatę za niższy standard pokoju zaproponował mi kupony na lody/drinki w lobby, które - jak się okazało później - były tego dnia dawane za darmo każdemu klientowi.

Lokalizacja super
Pokój z widokiem na miasto, a okazał się z widokiem na odciski ust, bo okna nie były umyte dokładnie. Obsługa hotelu chętna pomóc, natomiast na chęci wszystko się kończy. Szlafrok, o który prosiliśmy, nigdy do nas nie dotarł. Co innego mówią przez telefon, a co innego już na miejscu.
