Jestem rozczarowana

Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Na 100% Rezerwowałam, jak zawsze, nocleg ze śniadaniem (nadmieniam, że nie był to mój pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu.. Niestety podczas ostatecznej rezerwacji okazało się, że śniadanie nie jest wliczone w cenę. Przy cenie za jedną noc 870 zł - dodatkowa opłata za śniadanie - 90 zł to lekka przesada. Ponadto okazało się (w windzie), żę akurat podczas pobytu basen jest nieczynny o czy nie zostałam poinformowana. Niestety nie było mowy o żadnym upuście z powodu. Mając na uwadze, że byłam uczestnikiem organizowanej w tym czasie konferencji, za którą hotel zarobił nie małe pieniądze, jestem rozczarowana zaistniałą sytuacją, tym bardziej, że w podobnej sytuacji nie byłam jedyna.
Dlatego moja ogólna tak słaba mimo, że poszczególne składowe są całkiem wysokie
