Important information:

When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night.
Please note that the Spa and Wellness Centre is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access.
The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day.
The shuttle service costs EUR 18 per person per stay
In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID.
Please note that guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the Spa.
Pets up to 25 kilograms are allowed; a supplement of € 45 per stay applies.

Guests who stay at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice on these dates are exempt from the payment to gain access if they are in possession of the nominative voucher obtained following a successful “Request Exemption” registration by visiting the website https://cda.ve.it/it/Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Es wurde überall erwartet, dass man die englische Sprache beherrscht.
In so einem renommierten Haus hatten wir erwartet, dass zumindest an der Rezeption jemand etwas Deutsch kann
Meine Technik half uns weiter.
Aber richtig wohl haben wir uns nicht gefühlt , beim Personal trafen wir immer wieder auf Unverständnis

Pros:

Positive items - Staff is fantastic, super kind and helpful, the place, the building is an old factory and amazingly restructured .

Cons:

Negatives - NOT a five star hotel. Despite having reserved a quite expensive executive room there is no complimentary water, no glasses for the minibar, no night service, a long line at breakfast - unacceptable in a five star hotel - . Overall a nice, 4 star hotel, too big and too crowded to offer really good service.

Hotel davvero eccellente. Considerata la categoria della struttura, la presenza della piscina rappresenta un valore aggiunto che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Cons:

L'unico aspetto che, a mio parere, potrebbe essere migliorato è stata la cena: non l'ho trovata allo stesso livello del resto dell'esperienza. Si tratta naturalmente di una valutazione personale. Desidero invece sottolineare la professionalità, la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale di sala, che è stato eccezionale, così come di tutto lo staff dell'hotel.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms and lobby! Loved the view from our room and even more from the rooftop ! Might be 30 min boat ride to the square but they provided a shuttle that takes you there every 30 min

Cons:

Only thing you have to reserve the time at the pool , so we missed it on our first day, but once we did it was so worth it! Gorgeous set up, plenty of bed and chairs (not crowded at all)
