When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night.
Please note that the Spa and Wellness Centre is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access.
The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day.
The shuttle service costs EUR 18 per person per stay
In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID.
Please note that guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the Spa.
Pets up to 25 kilograms are allowed; a supplement of € 45 per stay applies.

Guests who stay at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice on these dates are exempt from the payment to gain access if they are in possession of the nominative voucher obtained following a successful “Request Exemption” registration by visiting the website https://cda.ve.it/it/Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location, the hotel has got everything you need in the way of facilities, and the room was lovely.
Le bâtiment historique magnifique et chargé d'histoire. La décoration est très belle et soignée digne d'un 5 étoiles. Le personnel dans les restaurant était extrêmement sympathique. Le service en chambre était parfait.
La navette jusqu'à Venise à 18 euros, la climatisation trop froide dans la salle du petit déjeuner, le personnel de l'accueil (pas la conciergerie) pas très sympathique. La façon d'obtenir le wifi n'est pas claire, nous avons du nous renseigner à la réception. La formule demi-pension était incluse dans le tarif... après on m'a informé que ce n'était pas valable pour les enfnats, un soir on m'a dit que c'était valable mais seulement sur le menu enfant. Bref.. de gros efforts de communications à faire.
Wir haben unseren Babymoon im Hilton verbracht und hatten einen wirklich traumhaften Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv ist uns der Service aufgefallen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit! Extrawünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Wir liebten es die Nachmittage am Pool zu verbringen. Die Aussicht von dort ist atemberaubend schön!

Muy bonita la estructura del molino. Instalaciones generosas y amplias. El personal es muy amable.
Los cuartos son cómodos la limpieza del cuarto no es del todo buena . Los vasos no son lavados y reemplazados.

We stayed here as a family Easter weekend. Overall, we had a lovely stay and on balance, I would recommend the hotel. However, there were a few things that missed the 5 star mark.
Rooms were beautiful with super comfy beds. We went for a sea view room and it was well worth it.
Breakfast was good, but the queues at peak times were very long, so you need to go early.
Staff were all very nice and friendly - overall service was good.
However, it fell short on a couple of things for me.
The service at the cocktail bar on the roof was very slow and didn’t match the very high prices that they were charging. The music was also strange. There was extremely loud dance music playing one evening when we came back from dinner outside. This really didn’t match the clientele or the elegant setting and it really wasn’t helping to create a nice ambiance, so we left after one drink. Earlier in the evening the following day there was more relaxed music playing, which was far more appropriate, so we did enjoy it the second day.. the views of Venice are great, especially as the sun goes down..
The second point was related to the ferry shuttle service. The hotel is on Giudica island, which I quite liked as a way to escape the crowds. The hotel has a shuttle boat, but there are 2 things that could be improved. First is the charging system.. whether you are there for a day or a week or more, it’s €15 pp. Why not just build it into your he room cost and make it complimentary? The second thing is that the frequency of the service is not enough at peak times. We were there on time for the 5pm service after a hectic day in Venice, but were left stranded because the boat was full and had to wait 40 mins for the next one. Not great after a long tiring day, with no other option to get back. In the end, they waived the charge for us because of our issues with not being able to get onto the boat, which we appreciated. However, some improvements in how the system works would really help to make the overall experience at the hotel better.
Lastly, they left water in the room on arrival, but it’s not replenished, meaning that you have to pay extortionate mini bar fees. Complimentary water is pretty standard in most hotels these days, so this was a bit of a miss for me.
These niggles aside, the hotel is a great option for both families and couples and is good value for money.

The decor was nice and quite chilled.
The breakfast had a wide selection include cakes & sweets for kids.
The staff were all very friendly.
The roof pool didn’t open until 11am and there was a constant stream of tourists having a walk round & a look. It was also a bit dirty.
The worse thing though was we’d paid for a small sea view upgrade however we couldn’t turn off the aircon device and our tele only worked on 1 channel for our whole visit. We were offered a small discount (equivalent if 3 drinks in the bar) but it didn’t cover even 1 night of the upgrade.
