Important information:

When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night.
Please note that the Spa and Wellness Centre is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access.
The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day.
The shuttle service costs EUR 18 per person per stay
In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID.
Please note that guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the Spa.

Guests who stay at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice on these dates are exempt from the payment to gain access if they are in possession of the nominative voucher obtained following a successful “Request Exemption” registration by visiting the website https://cda.ve.it/it/Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The rooftop pool area is on another level! Also the breakfast selection is quite impressive.

Cons:

Their admin was shocking.
Our first reservation was cancelled for no reason.
Then they never received our second reservation. Staff said it was on the system but did not come through so they had to enter manually.
Then they sent us to the wrong room and we had to swop the second day.
Then we asked them to courier an item for us, which never happened for 2 days and no one knew what was going on.

The location, although the building is historic, is quite secluded. The hotel offers a ferry for guests but not all locations are easily accessible.

Pros:

Beautiful Hotel with helpful and kind staff. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne and balloons for my husband’s birthday. So nice!

Cons:

Our room was really warm, but we did get a fan brought up which helped.

Местоположението е отлично ,гледката превъзходна,отново ще се върна в този хотел!Закуската е добра ,по-скоро континентална ,с много добро кафе!

Cons:

По - добро може да е предлагането в бара,който е с прекрасна гледка.Странно ,но не сервираха кафе /чай и бяха свършили сладкиши към 21 часа към коктейла
Шатъла на хотела работи до 23 часа от Сан Марко,а след концерт /събитие могат да помислят да предложат друго водно такси и да връщат обаждане по телефон.

Pros:

Todo muy bien. Personal eficiente y muy amable. Recomendable. Hermosa vista y muy bien ubicado.
No tiene 10 por un detalle muy importante que explico mas abajo. Recordemos que el Hotel cuenta con un Transporte acuatico de pasajeros propio para cruzar al centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

Lamentablemente en un recital de Andrea Bocelli 30/06/2025 a las 23:30 hs el transporte del hotel nos dejó varados a unas 15 personas prometiendo venir a buscarnos y nunca volvió. Ante todos los huéspedes que quedamos alli EL HOTEL FUE RESPONSABLE Y MIRARON PARA OTRO LADO..
Recordemos que el Hotel cuenta con un Transporte acuatico de pasajeros propio para cruzar al centro de la ciudad

Pros:

It is beautiful! We loved all the bars! We loved the executive lounge and included happy hour! It had an available shuttle for us to hop onto the other side of the canal at our leisure.
I loved our River View room!!

Cons:

The pool was a bit small considering the size of the hotel. It was nice though but mostly filled with kids.

Beautiful hotel isolated from the hustle of Venice, with an incredible breakfast spread.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel, which felt exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. As a family of four, we booked a family room, and it was very comfortable, with a king bed and a large sofa bed that worked well for our family. We also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. The assortment of pastries, warm foods, yogurt, fruit, and cheeses was incredible, and it quickly became the meal we looked forward to every day.

Cons:

My only two complaints about the property were its location and the quality of the food in the bar area. The hotel felt rather isolated, and getting to and from the main island of Venice was a bit of a nuisance. The hotel shuttle only runs from 9 AM until midnight, so if you need to leave earlier, you have to walk to Giudecca Palanca to take the water bus.

The only other issue was the food in the bar area. We had two meals there out of necessity, and both felt exceptionally overpriced for the quality. My wife ordered a Thai curry, but what she received did not really resemble a Thai curry and lacked flavor, despite costing €34.

Beautiful hotel, but the staff can do better
Pros:

Spacious room, beautiful view, great check-in experience, nice breakfast.
The hotel is in a location removed from the noise and activity of the St Marc Square, but close enough with the shuttle. Rooftop pool is pleasant, beautiful view from there.

Cons:

Ohh easy : some of the staff should not be at the contact of the clients. Let me be specific:
- if you go there, the concierge Yezi and a young trainee girl are very nice. Now if you see the older gentleman and/or Greta, don't bother. Cold, arrogant, dry - the opposite of what a concierge should be
- the young lady who serves at the rooftop pool: did not crack a smile 3 days in a row, and answers you without even looking up at you. not the level of service expected.
I understand you can be tired of tourists being in Venice, but if you choose the hospitality industry, try a bit harder.
- The front desk manager ( I am assuming that was his title) who I witnessed berating a client, very loudly I must add. Unprofessional behaviour.

Lovely hotel and location. Staff are friendly but things take a long time.
Pros:

Location - on a separate island away from busy Venice but a quick shuttle water taxi is great

Cons:

Check in, check out is very slow as is getting any help from guest relations. You have to book to use the swimming pool. You can only book on the day from 8am. This means you have to get up early and join a queue if you want to access the pool. The guest relations person won’t be there on time though to take reservations. I wasn’t in a rush, but it annoyed many guests! You would expect better standards in a 5 star hotel. Check in and check out also takes a long time. I’m not actually sure why this is - maybe systems are slow or more staff are needed.
