Excelente pequeno almoço, mas muito sujidade na área da piscina
Pros:

A grande vantagem do hotel tem a ver com o facto de se localizar no meio da ria. O pequeno almoço é excelente. E tem uma agradável piscina interior e SPA.

Cons:

Se tiverem algum imprevisto (no meu caso foi alguém que adoeceu, e tivemos que mudar o quarto triplo para duplo) e quiserem modificar a vossa reserva, saibam que irão ter zero tolerância do outro lado. Contactei o booking que mostrou total abertura e empatia com a situação, no entanto o hotel não quis saber. Estavam no seu direito porque a tarifa não era reembolsável, no entanto, perderam uma cliente devido à arrogância e falta de compreensão, nem sequer quiseram ouvir falar no assunto. A reserva era de dois quartos, 6 pessoas. Algo incompreensível num hotel de 4* é o facto de os vidros do hotel na zona da piscina interior estarem imundos, cheios de penas e dejetos de animais, praticamente não se consegue ver o exterior tal é o nível de sujidade.

Great location, very helpful staff but the property needs to be maintained. .
Pros:

Location was great and the staff very helpful. The house is clean. The stag in the restaurant was also helping with everything and food was good.

Cons:

The property needs more attention from the owners. It looks very spectacular but when you stay and look close there are many things that needs to be located better after. The owners are more interested in getting their money than looking after the hotel. It sounds harsh off me to say but that’s how I felt. I really want them to see this. And think about it. Come them self to stay and see them self. It’s both the interior and chairs for ex. The refrigerator in our room is outdated, works for a minibar but isn’t.

Pros:

É um bom hotel para se ficar uns dias. Excelente localização e instalações

Cons:

Achei o mini bar muito aquém, com pouca oferta. Tinha duas latas de refrigerantes e duas . águas. O hotel não tinha máquinas para dispensar bebidas nem snacks. O bar fechou e eu cheguei uns minutos após e já não consegui beber nada de jeito ou petiscar. Também achei que era necessária outra máquina de café para evitar filas.

ארוחת בוקר באופן כללי טובה מאוד. הדבר היחיד שהיה חסר לי היה ירקות.. חבל.

Pros:

A nossa estadia foi com meia pensão, o pequeno almoço chelente, bastantas opções, jantar com refeições saborosas e bem confeccionadas variadade aceitável.
A localização do hotel é excelente para paceios pelo centro da cidade

Cons:

O comboio ouve-se um pouco, mas de noite não incomoda.
Nao tinha informação que era necessário utilizar toca e chinelos na piscina do hotel.
