Desiludida.
Pros:

A localização e o pequeno almoço variado e com vista sobre a Ria de Aveiro.

Cons:

Reservei um quarto Deluxe vista Ria e tive vista para uma rotunda e trânsito. Casa de banho com mau cheiro e encontramos uns bichinhos pelo chão do quarto.

La amabilidad del personal, la habitación era amplia y grande.

Cons:

Las almohadas incómodas, faltaban ganchos para colgar toallas en el baño. El restaurante tenía una carta limitada y no era de gran calidad. El desayuno abundante pero los embutidos de baja calidad.
Demasiada gente y solo dos ascensores.
El hotel necesita una renovación.

No lo recomiendo para viajar con tu mascota.
Pros:

Habitación amplia, atención del personal y variedad en el buffet del desayuno.

Cons:

El precio por hospedarse con mascota me ha parecido excesivo, nunca me habían cobrado tal cantidad y más siendo un perro de 7kg.

La ubicación, la amabilidad de su personal y la posibilidad de ir al spa en el propio hotel

Cons:

El servicio de cenas fue excesivamente lento. La variedad en los desayunos es inferior a lo esperado para un hotel de esta calidad. Muy poca variedad en embutidos y quesos. El café mediocre y no disponen de zumo natural.
La ducha de la habitación era imposible de regular y el agua salía hirviendo

Cumpriu com as expectativas mas foi difícil dormir à noite devido ao fraco isolamento sonoro.
