Muy cómoda la cama y la habitación espaciosa.
El personal del lobby no era muy amable, estábamos ahí desde poco antes de la hora del check in y no trataron de manera atenta… a la hora de entregarnos las llaves no dieron información sobre restaurantes, piscina, o ninguna otra amenidad del hotel… trato muy distante
La limpieza y la ubicación del hotel.
Me dieron el cuarto de la esquina (el último), quise cambiarlo por uno con camas king o algo más centrado y cerca del elevador y me dijeron que por haber reservado en Booking no podía hacer ningún tipo de cambio, ni pagando extra por aumentar el tamaño de mis camas :(. Esto fue super desagradable y hasta cierto punto me dejo pensando si para la próxima sería mejor reservar directo en el hotel, para poder hacer un cambio)
El personal del restaurante del desayuno de el domingo, fue grosero y no ofrecieron lo mismo que un día antes nos habían ofrecido.

LA UBICACION
EL SISTEMA DE VENTILACION NO FUNCIONABA BIEN EN MI HABITACION , SE EMPIEZA A VER VIEJO, HABIA CUCARACHAS EN UN PASILLO, EL PERSONAL QUE ESTABA EN RECEPCION CON POCO ENTRENAMIENTO (TODO LO TENIN QUE PREGUNTAR A UN TERCERO)
Íbamos al congreso entonces el centro de convenciones nos quedaba muy cerca
Nos querían cobrar más para darnos la habitación que nos correspondía, y como no les pagamos más nos hicieron esperar más de dos horas, con el pretexto de que aún no estaba lista nuestra habitación y cuando por fin nos asignaron habitación tenia un olor a humedad
La alberca, los desayunos, todo el hotel está perfecto!
