Pros:

Location was good for us. Seemed relatively new and in good condition.

Cons:

Arrived, as planned, about midnight. Was issued 2 keys at reception but neither worked. Guy at front desk took us up and used his master key to let us in. But that left us with no working keys. Tile floor in entry and bath was super sticky so our shoes went “glump”, “glump” with every step. Desk clerk in morning gave us keys that worked. Hooray. Won’t be back.

This hotel does not meet Marriots standards and service

Cons:

It is kept ins very poor condition; dirty, poor house keeping. Staff promises to deliver solutions which were never accomplished.Poor management; the price does not match Marriott standards. Elevator was in very bad condition. Our room was not the one advertised, nor its quality…I have been a booking customer for many years. This has been the worst experience of all. Even the staff manifests that property owners are not interested in keeping the hotel in good standards.
I requested a refund and the local hotel management did not even offer a solution.
I expect Booking to credit my stay as this experience has had both me and my wife very upset and aggravated, to the point of not continuing the use of your services.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

We picked this hotel due to its convenient location for wine tastings and nearby dining options. It's a little older, but everything was well maintained. Breakfast and parking were included at no additional charge which were appreciated.

Worst night
Pros:

The breakfast the bed was nice

Cons:

No dark curtains room over look parking lot loud music the shower was very slippery. My partner fell and cut his foot, I called downstairs, no answer also went downstairs later to get water, no one there to give money to. Always had to ring bell for the front desk.My partner's foot bled on the sheets , and on the floor because of how slippery shower was and no one answered at the front desk?So I couldn't get any bandage. If you sat on the couch couldnt see, the TV, the way they had the room designed, you could hardly walk between the air conditioner and the bed scraping your leg, it was terrible evening. I do not recommend this place to stay at, I don't care how cheap it costs do not go there.

It was just one night, but we won’t be back.
Pros:

Good location for our destination.

Cons:

Sink was clogged, conditioner and shower gel in the shower were empty, hallway floors were dirty. My mother-in-law’s walk-in shower had to border so the whole bathroom was flooded and she had to clean it up with towels.

Everything the room wasn’t the best and they over booked so was trying to figure everything out the pool was super cold like couldn’t even swim in it the breakfast was trash

The staff was great listeners. But not that helpful...Spanish language barrier made it difficult.

The mattress was very uncomfortable...have blood stains on the mattress the mattress needs to be thrown away an replaced...due to bodily fluids that's highly unacceptable
