Car traffic is limited near Lourdes's Sanctuary and the hotel. The hotel's car park can be accessed by car only from 6:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. The hotel reception is open 24/24. Guest arriving outside these hours, can park outside the restricted area, walk to the hotel to check-in, and bring their vehicle to the hotel's parking later.

La proximité des sites à voir est un atout.

Cons:

Les restaurants sont passables, le prix du parking est prohibitif, accès au parking peu commode et les emplacements trop étroit tout juste pour une 2 Chevaux.Les chambres sont propres la literie correcte, mais des trous dans les draps et une alèse tachée. Pour un établissement 4 étoiles, inadmissible.

Bon séjour , très bon emplacement
Pros:

L’hôtel est spacieux et propre , le personnel est très sympa , le parking et le petit déjeuner est top , le personnel au petit déjeuner est topissime

Cons:

Je n’ai eu un balcon comme j’avais demandé , j’ai été déçue mais bon la chambre est très grande et la literie est parfaite, le restaurant l’attente est un peu longue nous avons commandé une paella qui a été donné à un autre client , la nôtre est arrivé ensuite avec du retard , pas terrible la paella

Location is good but don't recommend this place at all. A/C also did not work for us.
Pros:

The location was the only thing that worked. Very close to Lourdes and surrounding shops, which meant it was very noisy and busy.

Cons:

Sad to say we experienced racism from the staff or head waitress that runs the breakfast buffet. We asked to be seated next to a window (there were plenty of seats available) we were declined, a white couple showed up right after us and seated right away at the spot we were requesting.

Boa estadia. Excelente localização.
Pros:

Localização excelente. A menos de 5 minutos do Santuário. Rodeado se lojas e restaurantes. Cama confortável e limpa. Grandes vistas para o rio e Castelo, o que torna o espaço agradável.

Cons:

Quando chegámos ao quarto não havia sabão nem shampô para a higiene corporal no duche. Apenas havia pequenos sabões sólidos no lavatório. Casa de banho pequena, espaço apertado.

Hôtel très bien situé pour séjour de pèlerinage

Emplacement optimal à 200 m du sanctuaire et dans la rue où faire tous les achats de pèlerin
personnel sympa rien à dire

Cons:

Cet hôtel n est pas du tout un 4 étoiles! Avez-vous déjà vu un 4 étoiles avec des gobelets en carton dans la salle de bain?ni même de boîte de mouchoirs ….. c est un 3 étoiles . Petit déjeuner moyen manquant de fruits frais et pas d œufs brouillés mais des omelettes déjà préparées et très sèches. Viennoiseries molles pas du tout croustillantes.

Bon lieu pour un séjour spirituel
Pros:

Emplacement à proximité de la grotte tout en étant dans le calme dans une petite impasse donnant sur le Gave

Cons:

Le service petit déjeuner n’a pas été signalé réservé au groupe et de ce fait nous nous étions retrouvés au mauvais endroit ce qui nous a été reproché par le service

Had a lovely stay. Staff very helpful but good a let down
Pros:

Breakfast was just okay. Hot food was cold. Boiled egg needed to be in for more than 3 minutes. Sausages disappointing.
