Car traffic is limited near Lourdes's Sanctuary and the hotel. The hotel's car park can be accessed by car only from 6:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. The hotel reception is open 24/24. Guest arriving outside these hours, can park outside the restricted area, walk to the hotel to check-in, and bring their vehicle to the hotel's parking later.

Excellent location
Pros:

Amazing location! Really close to the Basilica and next to an excellent restaurant RivieraSol which overlooks the river.

Cons:

No shampoo, conditioner and when the toilet was flushed, the shower became scalding hot

It is a nice clean hotel. Very good cleaning staff and customer service staff .

The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant and bar were excellent

Cons:

There two restaurants. One , a la carte , at ground level. The other, a buffet , at the basement overlooking the river.
Both were very good. However the reception staff failed to give us details about opening hours and particularly they failed to inform us about the availability of the buffet
While Lourdes had some fine restaurants, However the best restaurant was under or doorstep in the buffet, however we only discovered it's availability on the final night as we didn't realize it was there. The staff should really have Informed us about the buffet downstairs

L'emplacement et le personnel de restauration

Bonjour,

Nous souhaitons vous faire part de notre déception concernant notre séjour.

Tout d’abord, l’entrée et la place de parking sont extrêmement étroites, ce qui ne nous avait jamais été signalé malgré plusieurs échanges écrits et oraux.

À notre arrivée, après 14 heures de route, nous avons indiqué au réceptionniste que nous « mourions de faim ». Il ne nous a pourtant pas prévenus qu’exceptionnellement tout fermait à 21h ce soir-là. Après nous être installés, nous sommes redescendus pour manger et avons alors appris que tout était fermé. Le monsieur présent à l’entrée a même semblé trouver la situation amusante, ce que nous avons particulièrement peu apprécié.

Le lendemain, autre surprise : les deux personnes à la réception ne parlaient pas français, rendant toute communication difficile.

Heureusement, nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse du personnel de restauration ainsi que le très bel emplacement, qui restent les deux points positifs de notre séjour.

Nous regrettons surtout ce manque d’information et d’attention envers les clients.

J’ai payé pour avoir les prestations d’un 4 étoiles et non d’un petit trois étoiles

Uniquement L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

La vétusté, les joints de douche moisis, la baignoire de 90cm/45cm, la ventilation qui faisait beaucoup de bruit rendant le sommeil impossible, un parking souterrain pour des voitures taille clio, la piscine non fonctionnelle sans que cela soit annoncé. Les prestations ne sont pas dignes d’un quatre étoiles!

un ottimo albergo senza tutte le attenzioni che dovrebbe avere.
Pros:

una struttura enorme posizionata molto bene rispetto al Santuario, con garage e servizi. parlano molto bene anche l'italiano. Molto accoglienti!

Cons:

avevamo un'amica celiaca. nonostante ogni assicurazione, la struttura non ha fornito il necessario supporto.
molti ospiti non hanno poi consentito di fornire un servizio completo, nonostante sia un 4 stelle.

Perfect location to visit Lourdes
