Car traffic is limited near Lourdes's Sanctuary and the hotel. The hotel's car park can be accessed by car only from 6:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. The hotel reception is open 24/24. Guest arriving outside these hours, can park outside the restricted area, walk to the hotel to check-in, and bring their vehicle to the hotel's parking later.

Pros:

Lo mas importante: la amabilitat de todo el personal (un abrazo a Patricia). Desayuno excelente. Muy bien la cena. Habitaciones repasadas con gran eficiència. Volveremos

Was a wonderful location to stay. The pool area had a really nice view and the location is just few minutes walk to the

The location and the view of the river in our room. They accommodated us earlier than the check in time which made it easier for us to settle our bags in our rooms before we head out to walk around the town

Cons:

We didn’t have water and electricity on the 2nd morning of our stay that made it a bit difficult for us to prepare for our day trip. But we know power cut can’t be avoided
