Not at the Hyatt
Pros:

When checking in, I asked the front desk lady if the room was nice, and she responded, "You're not at the Hyatt. This is a motel." I went into the room, and there was a strong, overpowering smell of stale surroundings? I went to the office and the front desk lady couldn't help me, she said the room was fine and it didn't smell. I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. I couldn't stay in the room and left the hotel. I booked through booking.com and am now waiting for their response to this very disappointing experience.

Pretty good! Probably would go back!
Pros:

The free breakfast had good options, the beds were so comfortable

Cons:

That one of the doors down the hall was banging and hitting the window to let them in. It woke me up and couldn’t go back to sleep.

Pros:

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom floor & the blinds looked like they were not cleaned in days. I had to clean the bathroom floor as there was something questionable on it.
Also when we got to our room, we didn’t have any toilet paper & when I called for some we were told we had to go to the front desk to get some.
We liked that it was a suite & big enough for my 3 grandchildren to have their own beds. Plus the location was perfect.

First Stay and Definitely the Last
Pros:

We stayed in Room 262, and I feel it's important to mention the room number because the odor in the room was extremely unpleasant. We reported the issue to the hotel staff, but they were unable to move us to another room because no other rooms were available. The only solution offered was a room freshener, which unfortunately did not help.

We considered changing hotels, but all other nearby options were either fully booked or outside of our budget, so we had no choice but to stay. This was my first stay at this hotel, and it will definitely be my last. I would not choose this property again.

If you decide to stay here, I strongly recommend checking your room carefully before completing your check-in.
