Location is great! Inna and the rest of the staff are very nice and accommodating!! Super helpful and very responsive.

Cons:

Needs a bit more updating and tidying up, but it was manageable.

We had a great stay at the hotel and Sydney in general thank u.
Pros:

The host was great she really tried to give us a good stay. The location was fantastic once u found the hotel and got ur bearlings

Cons:

There really needs to be decent sign on the outside of the door that would help alot to find the hotel

Comfortable stay but recreational facilities not in good working condition. Pool would be nice in summer

Location and view are great

Cons:

Advertised as heated pool, it was not heated or was not working. The gym equipment was all out of order and not working. Room was comfortable and fit 6 people well. The view from pool on the top floor was nice.

Cheap and cheerful in an unmatched location
Pros:

Amazing location - kids loved exploring China Town, so many amazing food options right on the doorstep, and our beds were just minutes away from ending the night at Darling Harbour or the tram station.
Unit was comfortable with all the basics for a simple stay, earplugs can help with late evening performance cars down in the street.

Cons:

It’s an older property not being renovated and priced cheap accordingly - however there was filth and mould on the air conditioners that deterred us from using them. I don’t mind older facilities and this could be handled by a thorough clean.

Pros:

The property was exceptionally clean and conveniently located close to all tourist destinations and public transport in Sydney.
Inna was very friendly and helpful. She gave us great tips about where to visit and which public transport to catch. She really made our stay very enjoyable.

Location was great, be careful about advertising and how the accommodation really is.

Hard beds, the shower situation was not ideal especially for an 86 year old. The hair dryer was very poor. The dishes were dirty. We didn’t have any power on the last night which also wasn’t ideal when an 86 year old has to go to the toilet
overnight. The shower diverter broke off and we couldn’t shower, but there was no apology for any inconvenience. Was replaced efficiently enough though. My milk iced up even after having to turn the fridge down.
