Very disappointing stay. Wouldn’t stay again.

The first room was leaking, and the second room was leaking too. The manager was rude and had poor customer service. Very disappointing stay—I would not recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay with a great value. We stayed twice this winter to enjoy what Rotorua can offer.
Pros:

Nice discovery of bubble bath on the balcony overlooking a park. Very comfortable beds. Large rooms.

Cons:

Good winter value deals with breakfast was including and room credit to use at the restaurant

Good option to stay in Queenstown
Pros:

The room had a lot of space, it was huge and it was super comfy. The staff was friendly. The location is also nice with a great view of the lake and mountains around Queenstown. The hotel is located 5 min drive from the city center.

Cons:

It´s possible to notice that the hotel it´s showing signs of ageing. The paid parking lot is small so if you arrive late you might not have a place to park the car.

Gald we didn't pay to much for the room! A bit disappointed
Pros:

The staff were nice, breakfast was good the room was big and tidy enough

Cons:

The bathroom had some mold in the shower, the heat pump was so noisy and kept defrosting all night making loud noises that woke us up multiple times knowing Queenstown is cold climate it should be upgraded to one that can cope with cold climate also the balcony doors did not close or lock properly along alot of road noise to enter the room as well as a draft causing the heat pump to work harder then creating more noise. Also I think charging for parking on top of room price is a bit rough especially when there is plenty of parking available.

Comfortable, enjoyable, highly recommend.
Pros:

Kelvin had thoughtfully equipped the property with everything you need for a great stay- towels, linen, coffee machine, air fryer, detergents, Wifi, etc. So much effort had been made to make the property comfortable and enjoyable for a holiday. It was fantastic having the space with a family, and everyone was comfortable. Kelvin was more than happy to assist us with any issues throughout the stay, although we had none. Quick drive to Five Mile shops, and easy access to the Queenstown walk along the river, which we enjoyed. Easy drive (10-15 minutes) into Queenstown. Thank you for a great stay.
