Decent stay, but average value
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and excellent staff. We received great service here.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was situated next to the road so we could hear the traffic in the evening. We could also hear noises from the room on top of us, but this stopped after 1030pm and the reception were going to let them know to be quiet if it continued. The bed was way too plush. I wanted to order a coffee but the coffee machine wasn't working and they were going to charge an extra $5 for the tray (why?) So it would have cost in excess of $10 to get a coffee delivered to the room.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles! Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Das hauseigene Restaurant auch.

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich (Sauna) war direkt am Pool und offen, so dass man die Leute am Pool gehört hat und nicht komplett entspannen konnte in der Sauna. Das Fitnessstudio war sehr einfach von der Qualität der Geräte.

Very disappointing stay. Wouldn’t stay again.

The first room was leaking, and the second room was leaking too. The manager was rude and had poor customer service. Very disappointing stay—I would not recommend this hotel.
