Absolutely awesome!
Pros:

We had a nice two bedroom apartment, the bed was very comfy, fire was cosy in the living, there is a lot of space in the room, spa bad / swimming pool is great too.

Cons:

The room was a little bit cold when we arrive, but the heat pump was good and got it warm really quickly. The elevator was not reaching our floor, we had to climb the stairs to reach the 4rd floor.

Very nostalgic as we were here 20 years ago on our honeymoon.

Pros:

The rooms are fairly spacious and clean. Pretty standard albeit maybe a little expensive. The location is pretty nice.

Cons:

The bar and restaurant they have at the hotel is genuinely awful. I had the worst meal in NZ here. The service was slow and they forgot my order even though it wasn’t busy. The beer was warm.

Comfortable, nice viewing deck but no lake views for family rooms
Pros:

Had three beds to accommodate our trip, close to town, comfortable and helpful staff, amazing viewing deck on the 3rd floor in Forest Wjng

Cons:

Cool air blows into the room up until 7pm so we asked for a heater which they did bring. No lake views for family rooms only forest, surely they can look to add some options for families. Seperate charges for parking.

Pros:

地理位置非常好，20 分钟步行到皇后镇中心，不过走回来的话会有一个大坡，也可以直接门口 bus 到镇中心，每天送一升纯净水和一升气泡水，房间虽然有点老 但很干净，性价比很高

Cons:

由于靠近大路，如果住的不是湖景房的话马路上的车子会很吵
