Good value for the price
Pros:

Quite, spacious room with balcony and some view over the lake. Good starting point for excursions along the lakeside. City center is 20 minutes away by walking as well.

Hospitality excellent service and great food and entertainment to enjoy.
Pros:

We loved the sauna and the jacuzzi. The showers were great and the shampoo and conditioner with lotion was excellent and smelled so good. We were so comfortable and warm and the hospitality was excellent.we loved the breakfast as well, excellent and tasty.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing , we loved everything and will stay again.

Cosy, cheap and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Clean, quiet and cosy rooms. Bit far from town but fine if you have a rental car. Would stay again

Cons:

We wanted to go onto the patio to look and take a photo of the view at sunset but the doors were locked. Staff were awesome and offered to take us up though

Very costly. Poorly managed.
Pros:

This place was grossly overpriced for the level of service received. I've stayed in 30+ hotels in the last three months while traveling. This was one of the most expensive, and one of the worst. It's too bad, the property is much nicer than the management team running it.

Beautiful, comfortable, homely luxury
Pros:

Beautiful chalet vibes with stunning views on the lakeside.

Cons:

I originally booked in the waterfall wing but when I arrived I upgraded to the lakeside. I’d recommend upgrading to lakeside if you can because the views are absolutely stunning!

Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location and views were exceptional.

Cons:

Staff at check in was not accomodating, when I asked questions i feel she was not happy and looks irritated to respond to my queries.

Convenient
Pros:

It was a spacious room and they were able to configure beds to accommodate 3 guests.

Cons:

The room was cold even with the heat pump. There was a draft and required an additional heater in the room. Parking was $15/night and this wasn’t advertised initially when making the booking.

It has value for money but substandard

Cons:

There was no TV remote provided even after requesting ; I was told it’s a wiring issue

No drinking water was provided and I boiled water for drinking

Restaurant was substandard- for both breakfast and dinner- only one another customer was having dinner on Saturday night apart from myself and my wife

Parking is not free and it’s for first come first served basis ( I received the warning text prior to check in )

L’emplacement est très proche du centre.

Cons:

La réception à notre arrivée n’était vraiment pas aimable. Nous avons bénéficié d’un sur-classement mais finalement la chambre était si grande qu’il y faisait très froid, dommage.
