A very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Spectacular views from the rooms, a real alpine feeling. The room was big snd comfortable.The restaurant is also really good.

Cons:

Looks a bit tired. Could do with a bit of refurbishment.

Despite the items listed above, we still had a comfortable enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Comfortable, spacious, clean (however the oven was not clean upon arrival).
Warm. Quiet. Nice to be out of town away from the hustle and bustle, but still an easy walk to town.
Shoutout to the Barman during Whiskey Happy hour who knew everything about all the different Whiskies!

Cons:

Oven wasn’t clean upon arrival. Inadequate cooking items & plates to prepare meals for a family of 4 for a week, however staff quickly provided a frypan & extra plates upon request.
The bin was far too small for a family of 4- although this was emptied daily. Needs a full size fridge not a bar size.
TV’s unable to be connected to WiFi/internet for Netflix etc. Could only watch Sky Channels.
The combined washer/dryer only functioned as a washer, the dryer setting left clothes soaking wet. No clothes airer to dry clothes- line above bath not big enough. Perhaps the enclosed laundry cupboard area should be on tiles & not carpet as the washing machine did leak a little.
$15 per night for parking when we paid $3K to stay for a week was ridiculous. There is adequate underground parking so it should be included.

Best stay if you have a car to get into town
Pros:

Staff were wonderful. Friendly and accommodating. Gorgeous views. Breath taking. Bed was great and room was lovely and comfortable

Cons:

I wish they’d been a microwave. Would have really helped with an 8month old with bottles and food heating.
Our room was also on a floor that could only be accessed by stairs. That became really tiresome lugging washing, bags of supplies and a child constantly up and down.
