Stay in the Lake View rooms!!!
Pros:

Lakeview rooms are STUNNING!!

Cons:

Just the walk up the hill from a shopping day in town, you can take a bus but I wanted the exercise. It’s not long but steep and I’m not fit. Lol. It’s my fault. I still loved it though.

I would improve the cleanliness and attention to quality in the room and bathroom.
Pros:

Having the sound of the river and the view of the trees from the window.

Cons:

The towels in the bathroom were dirty and stained. Pool & spa very average. During the night the soaps in the shower came off the wall giving us a heart attack.

Highly recommend. We will be back!
Pros:

The layout of the hotel was really nice, the carpark was great, rooms were nice and spacious, shower pressure was superb and although the facilities weren’t available for the duration of our sta, we did get one day and they were great. Kids enjoyed the spa and pool and we enjoyed the gym and sauna.

Cons:

Was a shame about the upgrade to the pool, sauna and spa but I understand these things need to happen and appreciate the drink we all got in the bar thank you

Other than the heat pump great , breakfast good not amazing but sufficient

The heat pump wouldn’t work which was a bit poor seeing it’s a cold place and snowing at night
