Great location. Rooms were clean and modern.
Not enough towels provided for three guests and no towels available in the pool area. Information card in the room was for the wrong hotel and so we couldn’t find information about our hotel.

The room was amazing, very big with wide windows although my view was just of a back alley it was still nice to look around and get some fresh air. The pool was amazing and I had a great time there on my own. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and even offered me an early check in when I asked if I could drop my bags, the early check in was a low amount, $20 I think? I was very happy with that. I ran into the house keeping staff between activities on the next day and they were very lovely and hurried to get my room ready. I had come to spoil myself after a hard few months of work and was very happy with how I was looked after. The location was also fantastic, I booked dinner at the sky tower and the staff showed me a shortcut up a very small hill and I got there in maybe 7 minutes.
The whole place was very clean and well presented, the only thing was the gym shower wasn't as clean as other areas of the hotel, that holds my score back from a 10/10.

When booking a twin-bed configuration was chosen. This was not transferred thru to the Hotel. There were no twin rooms available. This confusion was made worse as there was an additional cost to the room to have a trundler bed.
Very happy our premier one apartment king room with balcony. Great size and very comfortable for 2 people. Great to have laundry facilities in your room. Kitchen area was amazing everything seemed quite new maybe updated recently.

The hotel is centrally located, modern and very well maintained. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and professional throughout. Overall, an excellent experience and a hotel I would happily recommend!
