Pros:

I really liked everything. It’s a place with lots of activities to do, and everything is either nearby or right inside the resort

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that I thought we would have access to a golf cart, since I read about it when I booked the property. Maybe we could have rented, however, is a great place.

I was highly disappointed of my rate of paying a premium price for less than premium room
Pros:

I like that it was near Destin Florida

Cons:

I did not the original location of my first room which was a view of the parking lot. I had to argue with staff to get a different room on the Bayside. The room remind me of a hotel eight room which I was highly disappointed due to me paying a premium price of a five-star resort.

Sand Destin Golf and Beach Resort
Pros:

Location. Grounds are nice

Cons:

Room had mold stains on ceiling. No safety bars in shower. A/C was a window/floor unit that sounded like it had marbles in it.
Beach access required driving. Doors had paint chips. For 1458.00, three days, should have been a luxury stay. Was NOT even close to being a luxury stay. They asked you to remove your own garbage.
I have photos to support my comments.
Staff was very friendly, but was an old, outdated condo that was in the nosebleed section of a 2400 acre property.

That’s golf carts didn’t come with all the bungalow homes. And I didn’t know that I had to book my spa day 14 days in advance to my stay.
