All units are nonsmoking. A USD 250 smoking cleaning/damage fee will be assessed on departure for anyone smoking in the unit.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Had great view overlooking the bay. Grounds at the resort are beautiful. Perfect relaxing stay

Parking at beach a little confusing. No signage of where free parking was for guests

We enjoyed our stay. The bayside was nice. Hope to get on the ocean side next time
