The resort grounds and pools.

Cons:

Overall the apartment needs a good deep clean (dishwasher, curtains, sofa, ceiling).
Upon arrival the floor felt clean and glass surfaces were dust free.

Pros:

Great service on arrival, four swimming pools, spacious apartment with everything including full laundry, full kitchen, and even a spa bath. The apartment is very comfortable, including the bed, leather couches, and air conditioning system. Beautiful location in the leafy, peaceful, green foothills of North Cairns, yet just over a 15 minutes bus ride away from Cairns central n

Cons:

I didn't like how the electrical workers didn't finish until 8pm that night. I would seriously consider staying again at this accommodation the next time I visit Cairns, but only if I don't have to deal with this again. If they finished by 5pm that would have been fine as I can make plans to do daytime activities. The 8pm finish did annoy me if I'm going to be honest.

The complex itself was beautiful and so nice to walk around, the apartments themselves so nice, spacious and clean! The concierge was lovely and accomodating as we arrived early and they were able to accommodate early check in with no fuss which was greatly appreciated!

Cons:

Did have a resident have words with us as we didn’t realise the gate that went from our bottom floor apartment to the pool was someone’s private yard space and when I had said we didn’t realise they weren’t very happy.
The Wifi in the room didn’t really work well

Pros:

Secured entrance, with a lots of trees, there is pools and a restaurant inside. Rooms with washing machines and dryer so you don’t need to bring lots of clothes

Cons:

No elevator if you live in upstairs as you had to carry your baggages up and down the stairs, no air freshener in the room. The room smell a bit when we first came

Family Hotel
Pros:

It has significant pools around, and the place is clean, people is respectful and the hotel has a good family vibes.

Cons:

If you don't have a car, I would not recommend staying in this hotel as the centre is not within walking distance, you'll have to take an Uber or Didi every time you want to go to the centre.

It was overall nice if ignore few issues as mentioned.

Concerns During Our Stay:

1. The property was not furnished to an acceptable standard.
2. The clothes dryer was not working.
3. There was an unusual requirement to empty the dishwasher before leaving the property, which resulted in us having to wash dishes by hand in the morning.
4. Parking was an issue, as the allocated space was occupied by someone else for two days. Although this was reported and eventually resolved, it caused inconvenience.
5. Proper blankets were not provided in the rooms.
