Es war OK, das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal war vorkommend. Wunderschöne Lage.

En bra och trevlig vistelse
Pros:

En jätte-god frukost med god service i fräsch lokal. Rummen var helt okey. Sängarna var sköna och det gick att öppna fönstren på vid gavel. Välstädat. Det fanns gott om gratis parkeringsplatser nära hotellet. Personalen var bra och vi fick hjälp att låna verktyg av vaktmästarna när vi hade en bil som krånglade.

Cons:

AC-saknades på rummet, eftersom vi var där under en värmebölja. Vi förstod inte innan att hotellet var uppdelat i flera olika huskroppar, så beroende på vad som bokas kan man vara i olika delar av hotellanläggningen. Detta var inget större problem, men vore bra att ha vetat innan. Upplägget på 3-bäddsrummen kunde bli bättre, eftersom en stor garderob tog upp mycket golvyta och kunde ha använts bättre till t.ex. mer avlastningsyta för resväskor istället. Dock kan garderoben vara bra vid längre vistelser.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr schönem Park. Parkplätze und gastronomische Einrichtungen sind genügend vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer verfügen über keine Klimaanlage, was bei Temperauren von 40° kritisch war. Erst auf Nachfragen erhielten wir einen kleinen Ventilator.

Я б сказала, що готель 4*.
Pros:

Готель знаходиться в парковій зоні. Безкоштовний паркінг на території. Нормальний сніданок. Як для 3* чудовий. У туалетній кімнаті працюючий радіатор, що давло змогу висушити речі, бо під час нашого перебування погода була дощова.

Cons:

Корпуси готелю двоповерхові, ліфту не має. Це треба враховувати, коли будете піднімати чемодан. Мінус це те що біля готелю не має ресторанів. В готелі є ресторан, але основні страви в ньому паста і піца.

Das Haupthaus und die Parkanlage ist total schön, das Frühstück im Haupthaus war auch sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Wir wurden in Haus 4 untergebracht, daher kann ich auch nur dies bewerten. In unserem Zimmer waren Flecke auf dem Teppich, man möchte nicht darüber nachdenken was das war.
Das Personal der Pizzeria hat bei offener Tür hinten geraucht, was durch den gesamten Flur nach Rauch gerochen hat. Nach Feierabend hat das Personal auf dem Innenhof gesessen, laut geredet und gelacht, so das sich bereits aus dem Haus gegenüber die Leute meldeten. Um 01.00 Uhr habe ich die Mitarbeiter noch einmal darauf hingewiesen das bei allem Verständnis, wir aber jetzt auch schlafen möchten. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen konnten wir die Fenster leider nicht schließen. Klimaanlagen gab es bei uns nicht.
Im Badezimmer hatte die Dusche einen hohen Einstieg und einen Duschvorhang, das halte ich in der heutigen Zeit nicht für passend.

Verfrühter Check in, der schöne Park mit großen Bäumen, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Da es an diesem WE unheimlich heiß war, wäre ein Ventilator oder Klimaanlage super gewesen.

Ich komme sehr gern in diesem Herbst wieder!
Pros:

Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksangebot an Käse, frischem Gemüse und Obst, Müsli, Salaten und Wurst. Täglich kann man schon zum Frühstück mit kaltem Sekt anstoßen. Im neuen Frühstückssaal ist es zudem angenehm kühl.

Cons:

Das superheiße Wetter hat uns nicht so gefallen - aber das liegt nicht in den Händen des KIM-Hotels.
Ansonsten gab es an keiner Stelle etwas uns negativ Aufgefallenes.
Im letzten und vorletzten Jahr hatte ich bei über 50 Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel Gelegenheit, mich von der gleichbleibend guten Qualität des Hotels zu überzeugen.
