Gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Camere spaziose. Ho apprezzato molto il servizio di pulizia giornaliero.

Cons:

La posizione. La scelta è ricaduta su questa zona della città per motivi lavorativi, ma è piuttosto periferica e logisticamente poco comoda. I mezzi non la servono adeguatamente e il taxi si è rivelato fondamentale.

Situato in un parco bellissimo, sembra quasi di non essere in città pur essendo vicini sia al PalaBarbuto, che allo stadio, che alla stazione Mostra. Gentilissimo lo staff alla reception che mi ha aiutato a trovare un meccanico pur essendo sabato, facendo tantissime telefonate. Molto confortevole e spaziosa la camera, circondata da una siepe di gelsomino meravigliosa. La piscina, dato il periodo, era ancora chiusa, ma deve essere splendida anche quella! Ho pranzato al ristorante dell'hotel e il primo con gli scampi era molto buono.
Bello il parco giochi situato nel parco, è stato molto apprezzato. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli, saprei dove andare.

Pros:

Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Our jacuzzi was not ready and they sent people to make it ready. Sadly the hot water was not working so the jacuzzi was too cold to use but the staff was wonderful the whole time and gave us a bottle of champagne for the trouble.

Cons:

Das unser Zimmer nicht im Haupthaus war. Es gab in der Zimmerbeschreibung keine Hinweise, dass sich das Zimmer im Garten des Hotels in einem kleinen Bungalow befand. Der Whirlpool war auf der Terrasse! Nicht wie in der Beschreibung im Badezimmer. Zudem musste er zuerst repariert werden. Die Rezeption spendierte uns nach Bescherde ein kostenloses Abendessen, ok.

Don't believe everything you read
Pros:

We're currently staying at this hotel and are very happy. The standard double room is lovely, clean, modern and the shower is wonderful. Breakfast is good and replenished quickly. The evening meal is also lovely. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. We are upgrading to a superior room with jacuzzi purely for a couple of days of complete relaxation before we go home. We knew the pool would be empty before we came - it clearly mentions it on their website. I would come back again, but later in the season, just so I can use the pool as it looks good.

Staff gentilissimo, parco circostante molto bello, ben curato e accogliente, parcheggio gratuito a disposizione dei clienti, stanza grande comoda e ben arredata.

Cons:

La zona non è bellissima, ma ne ero consapevole, l'ho scelta per necessità.
La colazione, pur essendo molto varia, può essere migliorata nella qualità.

Sin grandes lujos, se nota que es un hotel que tiene sus años, por lo que pagas está MÁS que bien 🙌🏽

Es viejo pero está cuidado y limpio, el personal muy buena onda

Cons:

El olor a Ácido Sulfhídrico que viene de los volcanes de al rededor de a ratos es insoportable, aunque fascinante a la vez.
Tiene olor a huevo podrido, siempre creímos que era olor a cloaca. Pero para nuestra sorpresa un guía nos hizo entender que era olor a los gases que largaban algunos de los 34 volcanes activos que se encuentran en Nápoles
