Great hotel for local attractions
Pros:

Property was conveniently located for access to Hampton court and rooms comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

The bar closed at 11. We didn’t get back to hotel until 10.30 and would have appreciated the bar being open until midnight especially at the weekend.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, but continental choices missing. Very comfortable and large bed, but the option of twin beds not honoured. Very clean throughout. Check-in until midnight.

A lovely hotel, comfortable and clean
Pros:

It has obviously been recently refurbished and the decor was lovely. Breakfast selection was also excellent

Cons:

I appreciate it has function rooms however we were not warned there was a party or wedding going on and we were right above the venue room with loud music until midnight. A heads up or a room further away from the noise would have been appreciated

Lovely hotel. Great facilities.

Cons:

Staff attitude. No draught lager as there had been a party the night before. I was attending a party with you. You are the Hilton. How could this happen? Poor planning? Shrugging shoulders from the staff and muttered comments when asking questions is not what I expect from the Hilton.
