Pros:

Was very surprised how clean and good facilities were for the price we paid. Never expected it to be as nice a hotel as it is for such reasonable prices. Staff were all lovely and welcoming

Pros:

Location

Cons:

No AC, room smelled heavily of raw onion, chipped and worn furniture and fittings. 5 Star charges for -3 star facilities.

No AC and Dusty Rooms
Pros:

Location was useful for us

Cons:

There was no AC in the room and it was not clear when I booked that that was the case. In fact the room had AC but it wasn’t working. When we spoke to the front desk and the manager they said it was an old hotel and just fobbed us off. Really quite awful customer service. We did ask to be moved to a different room or be refunded so we could book elsewhere but he said it was company policy not to refund more then 25%. Ended up staying as we only needed the room for one night. What a disappointment. Also the room was dusty and dirty. I don’t think the hotel is very clean.

Great Curry, great Service
Pros:

My wife and I stayed overnight. The Curry menu was fantastic. The Railway Lamb Curry and the Paneer Curry was phenomenal. All the staff, super helpful and a lovely welcome and service from Viktoria at the Bar and, at Breakfast.

Double booked our room
Pros:

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We turned up at 9pm for a work stay only to find out they’d double booked our room and a number of other guests. They then fobbed us off saying they had booked us a room in a hotel 10 minutes away, we drove there and they’d never heard of us. Had to drive back to the Hilton to resolve it, over 2 hours later we finally had a room at the other hotel (at cost of £300) but by this time it was nearly midnight.

This used to be a good hotel, we’ve stayed here many times before, but never again - look at the reviews, it’s changed for the worst. Has put me off staying at any Hilton for that matter.

Poor hotel
Pros:

Location ideal for what we needed, however this was the worst double tree we’ve stayed at. Room is awful, NO AC had to keep curtains closed to avoid sun heating the room, TV difficult to use, a slim fan that just gave hot air to compensate for no AC and bed too firm. Breakfast was poor. Wedding party the following morning made breakfast less enjoyable with their loud and rudeness, really should have placed them in another area. Really sad to see a hotel chain let themselves down. The room rates do not reflect what you get, this is a poor value for money. Reception staff don’t address you, the only staff who do are the cleaners, they were polite. Overall we won’t stay here again.

Functional for the short-stay, room was too hot!
Pros:

Breakfast was good, a good few choices available, great location for the function I was attending.

Cons:

The room was too hot avearge temperature inside the room was 30C, given the recent weather... there was no A/C in the room, I asked for a change of room I was told there were no AC rooms; there was a provision of cheap plastic fan which was constantly making noise as it rotated; I requested for another and was given a tower fan which was quite but not as effective. Luckily I was only staying for 1 night so beared up!
The hotel decor inside is a tad dated and needs sprucing up.

Lovely experience for Legoland
Pros:

Stayed here as part of a Legoland package. I can honestly say that I am so glad that we chose this location.
The staff were so friendly and gave my children and ice lolly and cookies at check-in.
Our room was air conditioned and we were also provided with two desk fans.
The room was spacious, clean and provided everything we need to feel at home.
Plenty of parking and a 25 minute drive to Legoland.
Breakfast was nice and catered for all our appetites.
Would definitely recommend for a more relaxed stay.

Moyen
Pros:
