We loved the excellent breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices, and the hotel's location with its beautiful views of the Old Town. The staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating, especially the teams at reception and in the breakfast area. Kalev Hotel & Spa is also very family-friendly—our child especially enjoyed the play area and the swimming pool.
As it was peak season, the room cleanliness could have been better. The shampoo/soap dispenser was empty, and the fridge was not working.
Ystävällinen, palvelualtis henkilökunta. Aamiainen todella hyvä. Hyvällä paikalla, lyhyt matka satamaan ja vanhaan kaupunkiin. Saimme vaihtaa toiseen, parempaan huoneeseen helposti, vähän maksamalla lisää. Spa, Uima-allas puoli oli hyvä, tosin sinne meno sokkeloinen, huonosti opastettu. Hissit nopeita, toimi hyvin.
Meidän perheelle useampi huone tilattu. Yhdessä huoneessa ilmastointi huuti lujaa, saimme vaihtaa huonetta toiseksi yöksi. Toisessa huoneessa sängystä puuttui patja, joutui nukkua rungon päällä. Kolmas oli rempattu hyvin, mutta kaikissa pesuhuoneissa haisi kusi voimakkaasti.
L’hotel ha una buona posizione sia per visitare la città vecchia sia per passeggiare tra i diversi centri commerciali della parte nuova. Possiede un’area con delle piscine meravigliose e un centro fitness enorme. Noi abbiamo scelto una camera con accesso alle piscine. Eravamo all’ultimo piano con balcone e vista stupenda. La colazione molto buona, anche se ci sono più prodotti salati e meno dolci.
L’unica nota un po’ dí disturbo la presenza di molte famiglie con figli piccoli rumorosi. Ma non è un hotel per soli adulti, quindi alla fine è comprensibile che la piscina e gli scivoli attirino questa clientela. Altra piccola nota: cambierei i cuscini, non sono il massimo. In ogni caso, rispetto all’offerta dell’hotel queste sono state minuzie.

I had a wonderful stay at Kalev Spa Hotel & Waterpark and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my visit. The hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and convenience, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Tallinn.
The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful place to unwind after exploring the city. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was the fantastic spa and waterpark facilities. The pools, saunas, and wellness areas were well maintained and provided the perfect way to relax and recharge. The breakfast was also excellent, with a generous selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day.
The location is another major advantage, just a short walk from Tallinn’s beautiful Old Town, the harbour, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions.
Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or for business, Kalev Spa Hotel & Waterpark offers an exceptional balance of relaxation, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Tallinn.

Hotellihuoneet huonolaatuisia. Meillä oli kaksi huonetta, toisessa vessa ei toiminut ja toisessa haisi viemäri.
Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen, ei moittimista sen suhteen.
Todella kova melu ulkoa, lähinnä liikenteen ääniä. Läpi koko yön.
Położenie bardzo blisko centrum, świetne miejsce wypadowe, możliwość korzystania z basenów i saun. Urozmaicone śniadania.
Aamiainen oli tosi hyvä. Sijainti on loistava. Kylpylä on tosi hieno lisä ja etenkin sen Sauna Oasis (k18) lisämaksusta. Tulisin mielelläni uudestaan. Saimme huoneen hyvissä ajoin päivällä, joka oli todella kätevää. Jos sitä ei olisi saanut, olisi tavarat tietenkin voinut jättää myös tavarasäilytykseen.
Hotellihuoneen pimennysverho oli liian lyhyt, se ei ollut lattiaan asti, joten valoa tuli verhon alta. Ilmastointi oli kova ääninen, joten piti nukkua niin unimaskilla kuin korvatulpilla.
Hotel is nicely located near old town and harbor. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Children enjoyed the water park with slides and different pools. We had dinner at the Allee restaurant in-house. Food was tasty, but the waiting time, specially for children was rather long. It took almost an hour to get the meals, even when the restaurant was less than half full. In general a very pleasent stay, and we will surely visit again.
