Mukava majoitus kaupunkireissulle.
Pros:

Hotelli oli siisti ja lisävuode oli kunnollinen. Huoneessa oli riittävästi tilaa kolmelle. Aamupala oli hyvä ja kattava. Jos jaksaa hieman kävellä, pääsee satamaan ja vanhaan kaupunkiin kävellen. Bolt-kyyti tosin maksoi vain muutaman euron, joten käytimme vanhempien matkakumppanien kanssa pääasiassa sitä.

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti ja majoittuisimme mielellään seuraavalla kerrallakin samassa hotellissa.
Pros:

Täydellinen sijainti meren ja uuden keskustan sekä vanhan kaupungin välissä. Lyhyt kävelymatka kaikkialle. Superior huone oli mukavan tilava ja koko seinän korkuisista ikkunoista avautui näkymä vehreään puistoon. Viihdyimme 2 vuotiaan lapsemme kanssa hotellissa. Hän nautti erityisesti kylpylästä ja leikkihuoneesta.

Pros:

Excellent sauna areas, perfect and spacious areas for children allowing great activities, learning swimming. Great options for athletes, professional swimming pool. Complete and spacious weightlifting area - best we'ce ever seen in any hotel so far. Excellent gourmet restaurant. Clean rooms, location just outside the Old Town Wall, direct access to the Old Town. A Supermarket around the corner.

Upsetting as treated as Russian on the corridors or spa area.
Pros:

I was Happy with the property, nice and stylish, loved the dining area. Lovely reception staff and lovely service at the dining area. Loved the view so much! I really happy with the beautiful view to the old town.

Cons:

I did not like that I was greeted in the morning by Russian language. It hurt my feelings.
I am living in the Uk. I am Estonian and I love being back home for the holidays, but being treated as Russian did not feel right. We do not have 2 languages in Estonia.
Also the staff at the spa side only spoke Russian when spoken to them. It was very rude of them not adjusting with Estonian or English speakers. I would not have mind to speak English as I speak English daily at home. Also there was wallpaper broken on the wall, looked cheap.

The spa was nice and my child enjoyed it

Cons:

We booked two similar rooms but the other room was outdated and had tiny windows from which you couldn’t even see outside from. The other room on the other hand was modern and comfortable with big windows and a beautiful scenery to the park. The other room should somehow have been partly compensated to us as if two similar rooms were not available.
